It's good for your brains to exert in order to understand foreign accents! This is Oxford English, which is not easy to grasp even for Americans, needs some focus and effort to keep it, which is very good exercise for your brains! Try to do it on a daily basis, and you'll notice your brain fog is disappearing!

I keep having to start this video over. Something about the voice and phrasing is very difficult to comprehend.
....at 0:22 I think what is intended is "conservation laws" rather than "conversation laws"... could be mistaken.

I think the voice is real, but just not very good. Surely a machine wouldn't pronounce 'dosage' as 'dossage', because 'dossage' isn't a word.
