Thank you very much for your content I always wanted to have Birds I raised two cockatiels 22 years ago you know what you're doing and you're awesome at it
I need a video or tips on how to make a male stop registering I've got a two year old in a separate cage now due to aggressively hormal behavior and registering. Even with his food bowls. Any tips would be great
Ok so I have two buggies one male and one female. They are both over 13 months old and matched. I am trying to successfully breed them but I have not seen them breed. But my main reason I am writing this comment is that neither of mh buggies are interested in the nesting box, what can I do.
I have a breeding pair and my budgie is clearly going to lay eggs soon, so I put the pair in a cage but they hate it. They go in and out of the breeding house as usual and they eat and drink normally but most of the time they try to get out of the cage, probably because they are usually always loose. Is this stress going to be problematic for them? Should I remove the breeding cage to another room away from the other birds?
@dennythebudgie it's a yaheetech flight cage but it's not tall but long it doesn't have doors on the side so I would have to put the nesting box in the inside of the cage it's just thier normal cage that they live in it's 75cm in length and 46cm high/tall

How young do the females need to be for breeding?
They should be at least one year old to breed
@@dennythebudgie mine are two old then unfortunately one is 4 and one is 7
