- Urine pregnancy is usually accurate upto the point of 99.5%.So a 3 results of urine pregnancy coming negative is almost sure that she is not pregnant. And a 15 day delayed period would not be because of a pregnancy, it can be many other reasons and it has to be found out. Why would a false report come? It comes because you have done a urine pregnancy early. So you have to wait for a missed period to do a urine pregnancy test. Second thing is, if it is dark yellow coloured urine, here it says it is not a dilute urine, it is a concentrated urine, and done at odd hours. So if you have done 3 early m morning samples and all 3 are negative, unlikely to be a pregnancy test, Rule out other causes of delayed periods and treat appropriately. If you have a little doubt, best is to do a blood test of beta HCG. If that is negative, it is 100% negative

That’s not accurate! After Home pregnancy test , and blood work came back negative just to find out 8 weeks pregnant that same day. HCG level was low to detect . So lady your not correct .. good luck ladies 💕💕💕🙏🏿

My regular cycle is of 24 days and i had Unprotected sexual intercourse on 1/nov then i got my periods on 8/nov which were early and expected to be on 15/nov and were somewhere light.. idid took home pregnancy test too.. on 20/nov it showed up a very very faint line visible with naked eyes then on 22/nov which came back negative and then on 24/nov which also showed very very very faint line and had beta hcg on 24/nov whose value came back

Hi Doc, I test negative even I'm delayed 7weeks already.But I feel Im pregnant.My last period was Feb.17, and March 2-6we have contact with my bf.March 18 I had only light spot but it wont considered a period coz its very light same like a vagina discharged.Then I tried PT after one week delayed, it test negative.Actually i test 4x already and its still negative today and I'm super delayed already.Next week I'm 2months delayed.Do you think I am not pregnant?

Hi Doctor, I am 23 I got my last period on Feb 4th. We tried ovulation method to get pregnant last week I got fever variation in temperature, body pain, abdominal pain, too much hungry, tired,more urinate, breast swallen ,more gas Strick and pain but no vomiting.
