My name is Kendra (my government name), but I’m also known around the Black Manosphere as DJ Fish Grease. That’s because I COOK, and I’m talking DEEP FRY, the foolishness that goes on in our communities. I’m 37 and I have had 3 kids. This is my first time consistently working out. Even if you ain’t snapping back, that tone up comes and comes strong. There is no excuse to not get healthy.

I can’t stress enough you can build a booty and quads in the gym. You can get a flat tummy with pilates. I hear alot of women complaining about the cost of a personal trainer And I also see these same women hitting the table. Ladies choose wisely how you investment in yourself. My best body was after I got a trainer.
My husband actually turned me onto Brussel sprouts and they have quickly become one of my favorite vegetables
