    Some really nice fish, do you have your rod tips low for any particular reason? Most people have them really high.

      The flow wasn't that bad to be honest so using a standard pod was fine, if the flow was really bad then I'd have to use my verticle pod.... generally tho having your tips high is the way forward keeping as much line out the water as possible.

    Are you using braid on your reels? If so why

      I was doing alot of pike fishing at the time so kept the braid on the reels.
