I like the house a lot. Have seen it often over the years, on architecture and luxury living blogs. If only it had a view. That kind of architecture feels kind of misplaced and wasted on such a small lot in the middle of what on the front side looks like just a regular suburban street. The small, pretty much token golf course on the back side sure is better than nothing, but at that point I would prefer a back yard. Ideally, this house should stand on a hill, looking at the Strip. I also feel the home theater could use an upgrade. It looks a bit dated and tired to me. But all in all I still like it a lot, especially nowadays, where we have this horrible trend towards very simplistic and nondescript mansions that are just a collection of white rooms and look like someone just blew a regular 200 000 Dollar middle class home up to mansion size. Lowest common denominator for maximum resale value. I hate that trend and mansions like this one, with lots of style and character, are already developing a nostalgic value.
