Excellent tutorial. You explained this subject well. I like how you break down all the parts to complete a full picture of the process. I Would enjoy viewing more tutorials on other subjects and hope you intend to continue them as, imo, you have the best tutorial on the subject that i have seen. This game is enjoyable to play but can get a bit overwhelming on realism settings. Yep, I will be watching your videos, thank you.
Well done. Your video covers everything very clearly. I have soooooo many hours in this game, but am doing my first play through with waste management. I was fine with the basics, but I struggled a little with setting up waste processing. One thing that confused me was how to get fertilizer. Ah, the composting plant, of course. I missed that because it doesn't appear with other waste buildings, it's with farm/food along with the synthetic fertilizer plant. I totally missed that.
Small dump trucks can service multiple buildings in single ride. They reroll task on every intersection choosing closest valid, but can get back multiple times to the same house, picking a bit of trash. Same with trash bin stands but there they have less options to choose from at least. In your example border might be closer than any other pickup point.
That is true however they still will not be delivering full loads so it is still more efficient to use the large container stands that way you know it will always be a full load that is transported.
Great detail on the waste process and how you can manage waste in W & R USSR. The game does not have the ability to dump garbage into the waters, which could pollute the environment. Will you implement the setup at 19:30 in your current campaign?
Glad I could help. I will be putting in a similar system but one that is more optimized to try and run the buildings at closer to 100% capacity. The set up in the guide video doesn't allow for the general separator or the incinerator to operate at full speed. But to set up a better one requires a lot of messing around with conveyor connections and I wanted to keep it simple for the guide.
we can import trash right so I trash worth importing to power your city and is it cheap then importing power or oil/coal/nukelear fuel , to power your own setup 🤔 iv Been tryn to do a hard money realistic start and I wonder if this would he a good way to start out before you run out of Money and get to much debt to recover iv literally just died last attempt bc of debt and no Money to import power in the middle of winter
@@bennaylor3658 I have never tried to import waste to burn as fuel. I have tried importing waste as a source of income since you do get paid for it but it is too slow to load and not enough money to keep you out of debt.
Learned a lot. At 15:00 is there a way to export the power produced by an electricity-generating incinerator, by hooking up into existing grid?
Yes, if you connect the power to the boarder, you could export it

Thank you for your feedback. I am planning more tutorial videos in the future, is there a subject in particular that you would like to see?

So I assume that the large waste trucks cannot service a building with a small container?
Correct large waste trucks cannot service small containers and small waste trucks cannot service large containers
