Second Meeting of Indigenous Women of the Amazon

In 2011 Conservation International´s Indigenous Peoples program launched the Indigenous Leaders Conservation Fellowship. In 2021, the Amazonia Indigenous Women´s Fellowship was launched as part of the Our Future Forests - Amazonia Verde project and in alignment with the mandates of the First Summit of Indigenous Women of the Amazon Basin.
