Don't worry, you will remember the attacks and people as you watch the show. Bleach is like wine, It matures and hits differently as you rewatch it.
You haven't missed or forgotten anything about Yoruichi. The whole story about where she went, and why, will be told later. It's a ways down the road, and there are very good reasons why she hasn't told Soi Fong about it yet.

Getsuga Tensho means Heavenly moon piercer a cool name for the coolest main character
Actually, it means “Moon Fang Heaven Piercer” or “Moon Fang Piercer of the Heavens”

I think the next 2 episodes are great in terms of the fight, although I think you already seen it but still truly amazing.
The big sister you said Yoruichi I don't think she meant that she is like sister to her I think she is more than that to Soi Fon hhhh The upcoming episodes will be exciting as for your questions about Yoruichi and urahara there will be Some episodes to answer almost all of these questions
Maybe yoruichi had to be hired by the hidden leaf as a cat ninja for a mission that took ages to complete
You don't yet know why Yoruichi left the Soul Society, Soi Fon at this point didn't know either. You will though, later. Its a major plot point.
