remove the seat, muffler, rear sub-frame with air box and the carb is removed easily from the rear of the bike (Easy). Please don't attempt to remove your carb the way shown in this video. I do appreciate the fact that this young man is doing his own work!
I would say the same, simply take your muffler, seat, and rotate the subframe down so it’s almost sitting on the rear tire. I would not recommend removing a carb this way. Live and learn 👌🏼
I appreciate your help, but it’s way simpler to remove the bottom subframe bolts and the rear clamp, then lift it out of the way. Thanks for your help Marque’ Custom Designs & Concepts “Loud & Love It”oh and I believe that the bots and screws are different to let you know which ones not to remove. Just saying, it makes sense to me. I have one lifted in my shop now. Fun stuff!

Don't know why you didn't remove a few simple bolts and remove your seat/upper rear seat frame/airbox/fender/exhaust assembly all in one shot. Then just remove two bots holding the rear shock and you'll have tons of room for the carb to come straight out!!! You risk too much damage and fighting with parts!!
@@ragemotors7429 keep it up I have a youtube channel called Throttle Family this is my personal account people don’t know what they are talking about you obviously got your bike running again and that’s all that matters rubber gasket are cheap and can always be replaced later if needed.
@@121bbrown haha yeah I’ve rebuilt multiple carbs and that’s the way I’ve always done it and never had a problem. I’ve been a car mechanic for about 2 and a half years now and know a little bit more than I used to 😂 it is what it is there will always be hate
😂😂😂 good to know makes the video with 0 Lightning I’m over here looking at shadows and the brightness al the way up ig the problem with someone else mr then don’t watch it 🎉
It really just depends it could be a few things. If the smoke is blue it could be getting oil in the cylinder due to something internal in the engine. I would start by checking the spark plug and making sure it’s good and clean. After that see if the exhaust has a gasoline smell to it. If it’s running too rich you’ll be able to smell raw fuel coming from the exhaust, if that’s the case you’ll just need to turn the adjustment screw on the very bottom of the carburetor clockwise a few turns.
Carlos Mentado no problem! I’m not sure what year your bike is but I ended up selling mine because there’s a lot of people that say they have trouble with the top end on these bikes...

@@ragemotors7429 oh bro is 2004 I'm in trouble rigth?
Carlos Mentado you may not be right now but I would get it running good and get rid of it
bruh😭
carb clean destroys seals like rubber so be careful
Omega SAV I usually take all the seals off plus the jet kit came with new seals
