I just tried this for today's dinner to go with idly..Followed all ur tips and I added finely chopped onion plus two green chilly before adding to tomato juice..Came out awesome..Thank u paati
I make in this manner but dont put the paruppu.it gives a usipona vasanai.Ofcourse each to his own.we eat with rotis as well as use it like a spread on bread.i too clean the vessel in this manner.thats the best part.Heaven.😄 Very nice patti

In my experience sauting cut pieces of tomato length wise first and then blending cuts rown cooking time to half. Specially when ine makes large qty
