I can share the same feeling of energy, after the last full moon and it continues to present day. I was not regullar at all with sadhana, but recently I started daily Isha Kriya and some upa yoga. I think the energy levels are just very high right now dew to solar flares and all of us beign innitiated. Thank you for your daily vlogs.
