Hello! UPad is a 5-10 minute walk to DLSU. It’s across the street pa po and Upad is actually beside the other building of Benilde. They offer a shuttle service for free (going to and from DLSU) 🤍

They all have limited slots nalang so if you’re planning to lease a unit, contact them na po ☺️ • University Pad - ₱ 7.1k (each person; good for 4) and ₱10,250 (each person; good for 2) • WH Taft - ₱15k to ₱25k although umaabot yung price nila up to ₱30k+ • One Archer’s Place - ₱13k to ₱25k (varies po kung bare, semi furnished, or fully furnished ang unit) • EGI Taft - ₱6.5k (good for 1) then they also have a bigger room and it’s ₱16k • Green Residences - ₱15k to ₱25k • 2 Torre Lorenzo - ₱22k ++ Note: for Burgundy Transpacific Place naman ay halos same price lang din. All varies po sa laki ng unit & kung ilang pax po ang magrerent 🤍
