If you are going to use a stand like that, and I don't recommend it, first you need to put a short piece of 2x4 under the stock kickstand, to keep the bike more vertical when you lift up the other side, and take some of the stress off your kickstand. Next, you need a way to secure the stand to your bike. Before I got my centerstand, which has been a lifesaver, I made one of those. I designed it so I could remove the right side footpeg and bolt the stand onto where the footpeg bolted to. I also had a plate on the end that went on the ground, with a hole in it. I took a hammer and drove an 8" nail through it and into the ground. You don't want to take a chance of it slipping on the bike or the ground. Dual sports either need centerstands or tubeless tires (Yamaha actually makes an XT250 with a tubeless rear tire, just not for the U.S. market.
@@NoOnesWatching0_0 Put 'em in a vid sometime, I'm sure many of us would love to see them. I had a trio of parakeets growing up, they were lively little critters.
l am very impressed with the videos you are putting out, l saw the 125cc one, the sparkplug one and this one. l am really impressed by your technical knowledge, how did you acquire it? Did you train, are you a mechanic? An older sibling or parent taught you? However you got it it is impressive all the same. By the way can you clarify something for me, l have a 125cc yamaha and l am a bit confused, some say it has an oil filter, air filter others claim its just a mesh, what does yours have? l guess different areas of the world different specs.
That’s a lot of weight on that wheelIs the tire that bad out of balance? I believe I would’ve took it back as a cull. On automobile tires if you have to put on more than an ounce in one place it’s is considered a cull and should be returned and replaced.
Your channel is awesome bro. It's really helped me alot with my 2019 XT. Great editing, plus great personality too !!! 😉
When you change your own tires and balance your wheels, you have truly become one with the bike
It's so true brotha!!! It's such a basic thing to do but so few people acutally know how to do it and do it right!

Excellent dude thank you
Great video. What brand of rear rack is that on your bike?
It’s made by a U.S. company called Happy Trails

Well now I know I hope he gets like gazillions of views because the moment I have to do a tire change
Is there a bird screeching in the background ever 5-10 seconds?

How do you change the from tire and what kind of stand do you need?
I wonder if it came with the tube inside the tire
13:00 oh boy
What’s up with the melted rear fender?
I'm not going to change the tire I'm going to fill it with Fix-A-Flat and drive like 60 plus miles an hour
To be honest I wonder if I got a nail in my tire while watching this video
Hey man do you know if the stock cables will still work with 1/2 bar risers?
Why can't it be a simple video of you taking the wheel off.
