This is what they used at a dive shop in Costa Rica. They wouldn’t buy dozens of pairs of them if they were going to break all the time & I enjoyed diving in them. No rubbing no pain no slipping for me
Bought a pair of these and took them snorkeling in Hawaii. One of the clips that hold the strap on the sides came off. Wouldn't recommend these unless you buy spare clips and bring them along with you.
Hi - Is it practical to wear booties with these? I'm thinking of them for travel where I'll be doing a fair bit of shore diving, so will definitely want boots, but definitely *don't* want my Avanti Excels, which are - to put it kindly - are a tad on the porky side and slightly awkward when it comes to packing (and hard work, not as young as I once was!)
@@Scubaverse No worries - thanks for the reply. Just in case people are wondering, I did get these, and they are lovely! I've worn them with 5mm Seac boots (with thin, flexible soles), and the the XLs fit over them, it's a close fit but works fine. Really happy with them :)
