hey, i talk about some of the addons in the other comments off people asking, addons: losecontrol, platebuffs, cheese, omnicc,moveanything, the on you asked about is roguepowerbars, buy you can type in any buff for any class and also proc trinket/ on use trinket etc
the addon is called "cheese" it gives cataclysm proc overlays, dont need to set anything up except loud out of date addons, its great and works for any class!
i belive youre talking about the finger of frost & instant frostfire bolt procs right? if so the addon is called "cheese" shows cataclysm proc overlays, dont need to set anything up after downloading it just works for all classes which is great (instant flash heal/exorcism proc on ret pala for example)

im using it at 1:55 & 20:44, both times when its really needed and i am in combat and gem on cd, otherwise im managing between mana gems/drinking to have it ready for when its really needed (which didnt happen that often in this bg because i got with this good disc priest, using it much more in more solo scenarios for the healing, like in rakzo 5 multiclass pvp the first clip vs a hunter instant when he deterrence i evo 2 ticks then poly his pet) so mostly for the life & death scenario or the two times in this bg when really needed mana. i learned to save cds when not absolutely needed especially defensive ones so i dont get fkd by using cds in half good scenarios and then when they really are needed dying because they are on cd if that makes sense ;) i got more mage footage in rakzo multiclass videos 5-7 but other ones too and also here's a 4 minute mage vid playing around solo ruclips.net/video/WQOlnmOcVAw/видео.html
hehe yep frost more sustain than fire, i have a great fire spec that i made myself for solo pvp that i enjoy much more than "normal" spec everyone said on guides etc, went oom just looking at people with molten armor, now i use my custom solo spec for sustain and survivability and never molten armor, mage armor as standard and ice armor when needed vs physical, you can check my two fire mage full bgs to see the spec in action, use good flow of mana gems usage for sustain too, pretty much if under 70% mana use it so its off cd asap again continuously and when you need to use it again when youre 30% or below you have it again instead of waiting untill under 30% to then use for the first time if that makes sence, im also uploading a new fire mage rakzo playing around 3 pvp video later today/tomorrow that you could check out my spec in that video too ;)
no this was solo que, the priest is just a random healer in the bg i never played with before and both teams had healers, i just typed with him since i noticed he was good and then you can see me mid bg add him to friends list, i should be called pocket protector or something tho with all those polys etc ;P
