I honestly would find it cool that, as a consequence of choosing this elimination method, the school would offer students therapy for what they had just witnessed. Which means that certain students that you may need for a particular thing won’t be there at the time. To be sort of challenging-

Useful, because the next rival wouldn’t appear until next week, they wouldn’t get therapy because they didn’t witness it. They’d be one of the only students in school.
or this could help getting mindslaves to break easier since they witnessed a traumatizing event. If the player can do something to ever elimate the therapist that the school hired or get people to avoid the therapist, their sanity can be already down.

For example, since some rivals have their own clubs and club events (for example Amai's bake sale, Kizana's play, and maybe Megami's election for class president), students will less and less excited and/or helpful for other events. Like, say Amai needs certain ingredients that the garden club has, if they didn't experience a tragic event, they would help without any questions, but if they did experience a tragic event, they might be a bit suspicious of you and might ask questions. This might stump the player and might them need to get their charisma up so people will believe them more easily. This would also make the player seem more suspicious to people like the photography club who when a murder or accident occurs at the school, they start to patrol or do questioning to find the culprit if there was no arrest. Also if there was no arrest, this might cause people who are more weaker in personality (fragile, or social butterfly), they would start to change. Social butterflies would be more quiet or paranoid, and fragile people might end it all causing the school to start having sanity checks every once in while during the school day (which would mean the player would have to do what ever they needed to make sure their sanity is at 100% or not lower than a certain level)

This concept is gruesome and I love it.
It doesn’t have to kill her either, it can just make her not attend school for a few months which means she can’t confess. So technically this doesn’t have to be lethal, just extremely gruesome.

If the play ends up being Romeo and Juliet I could definitely see an elimination method where the player can swap a prop knife for a real one and have Kizana who plays Juliet stab herself on stage.
You’d have to be a member of the drama club to get access to backstage on the night of the play maybe even have too climb the ranks of the club before Kizana will trust you with something she sees as important, you’d have to get a special knife that looks like the prop and not a random knife.
It would allow you to eliminate her in a way that would be easy but come with the drawback that if Senpai is Romeo then he would be deeply traumatised by a girl stabbing her self and bleeding to death right on top of him.
Oh, now that would be good. And no one would be the wiser.

Wow, I can't really tell you how detailed this concept was! I can say that you worked very well on it, besides the tasks Shozu gives Ayano, the decoration of the gym, the students talking making the school more alive is impressive. And the part about the "roses" falling on Kizana was such an idea! I literally love it, great job!

Because in reality, the glass would fall so fast that even if you saw it, you could not get out of the way in time, except if you realized it quick enough and had a burst of adrenaline.

I love how the entire school's outside is decorated with trees and lunch tables and flowers and such its such a beautiful upgrade it really makes it look like a brand new school im not sure if the outside decoration was done by you or the actuall game but either way this is so awesome and a very interesting concept its great you deserve millions!

I think it would be cool if in order to trick students into pouring the glass over Kizana, you kept most of the rose petals in the bucket alongside the glass shards. That way when the person who drops the bucket does, it won’t look like they didn’t notice the glass. This is more or Lewis to make this particular elimination method feel more realistic.
Also considering how the glass shards drop, it doesn’t necessarily have to kill Kizana, just make her heavily scarred. But this will solely depend on how the glass shards fell on Kizana since it would mainly be dropping on her head from above(unless she was looking up directly at the shards in which could get in her eyes, head, shoulders, etc

This concept, from my perspective. Would probably take the whole Kizana week. And there should be more than one elimination method (Not that you couldn’t do it during class, lunch, or start of the school day, or end of the day.) you could persuade Kizana into doing a school play! You could also do it the non lethal way, instead of killing Kizana with shards.. Shozo could tell Kizana how much of help you were! (And during the week you could also complete her task) so then, kinda the same concept of Osana, you could bring her to your house (Kinda like befriend or betray.)

This specific elimination method might be the specific to the rival method, like Osana's pool elimination method. There would be more, but this one would be one of the more time consuming ways. There would be many other ways to eliminate her that may also have to do with the play, or ones like befriend/betrayal and matchmaking.

A non leather way should be filling the bucket up with brown water (Or red water/blood) to humiliate her. You could also give her emetic poison so she throws up when the brown water hits her (extra humiliation)
in my opinion kizana's arrogance will stop her from thanking ayano in the first place, she sounds like a person who doesnt care if ayano helps her play tbh
Absolutely amazing concept, very well thought out and the difficulty fits Kizana's week. But one thing I wanted to mention, I think the police should've arrested Shozo since he was in charge of the roses that were supposed to fall on Kizana, plus he had a motive since she was always rude to him and loved humiliating him.

Shozo Actually has an alibi. The science club girls were the ones to set up stuff near the bucket of roses. You can see them at 22:44. Also Kaga doesn't like Drama so it would seem like Kaga made his members put the glass in the bucket to kill Kizana.

If this be really the way to eliminate her i think they should add a ambulance/hospital arrival, like for example:
If we burn a rival a student would call the police and than another student that sees the body would run off to the nurse and tell her what happend, making the nurse call an ambulance to the school aswell.

This elimination methodod would help you gain reputation and friends, making Ayano seen less like a threat or the killer behind Akademi. The students wouldn't belive Megami in her week when she tries to expose Ayano and her plan would fail (just like what heppened to the journalist and Ryoba).
I imagine that there would be another way to do this method: You don't befriend the students and just sneaks in the back when no one's around to put the glasses.
Consequences of not befriending them: Normal rep, more people would belive Megami and The Drama Club would be closed, with Shozo and the other members being kicked out of the club (making you not being able to use items like gloves, props and masks).

I think it would be more believable if a light not used in the play was broken by Yan-chan and the glass shards is from there, if the shards are from the trash it would be best if Yan-chan was on cleaning duty that way it wont be suspicious on the cctv. it would seem like an accident where no one knew it broke and the glass got mixed in with the roses since no one checks it after it was placed. Love the concept

Random detail i think would fit;
Maybe we can break/shatter a window glass and students would put it in a large bucket (similar to the roses) on cleaning time and coincidently.. make it next to each other (don't ask. Maybe the glass was shattered near the garden or something and students just left the glass next to the garden) so that when Kizana get eliminated students would think that they mistook taking the roses with the glass buckets. (And put the roses back in the garden) also since they are probably (most definitely) traumatized they get therapy and some features would be disabled *(Credits to the comment that had the therapy btw!)*
I genuinely love this concept, and I would be so happy if this actually got added to the game. I can tell this took so long, and the hours of work is truly amazing. Let bro cook 🔥

Hey @Rommy, idk if you are able but is it possible you could make a video of a possible different Love option for Ayano? because it would be honestly really cool if you could make a scene, it would happen after you Eliminated all ten rivals, and you would be under the cherry tree about to confess, but then possibly over the 10 weeks, a boy could develop feelings for Ayano and the player would have the choice whether to accept Taro (senpai) or Another boy who admires Ayano. I know I'm late by like 8 hours, but I haven't really seen anyone make something like it where they aren't a different character that Ayano. I'm sorry this was a really long comment, but thank you for reading it people/person! I appreciate it.

I feel if this were to happen the atmosphere will go all the way down to 0. I do however this could be a good befriending method if yanchan were to somehow save her if something else were to danger her, because yanchan has backstage access could prevent it. This would not only be an an amazing befriending method for Kizana since I assume she wont just complete a simple favor to befriend her and your popularity would go all the way up since you are doing this in front of the school. This could also effect the relationship with megami since she believes you are a dangerous person this could open up some opportunities for the player, since it was a lot of effort I feel the player should be rewarded a bit more.

I love this concept, it's so detailed, logical and very fun, hey, could you make a tutorial on how to do everything you did please, I want to do my yansim concepts but I don't know much about how to do them, for example, put the carpets, dress the students especially as paint the chairs and how to put up the taro and kizana posters, I would really appreciate it. Anyway, this concept is one of the best I've seen, it should be in the game!

i like this method but in my opinion when you sabotage the bucket with the glass i think you should do it with the gloves on, because the police might search someone who has sabotaged the bucket, but good job, i like it!
Something I was thinking whenever I saw this video was maybe Ayano could have worn some type of gloves or something not to get her fingerprints on the glass. Whenever you touch glass, you can sometimes leave fingerprints on it which could have made it easier for the police to figure out who swapped the roses with the glass.
The shattering pun was already made, so I guess she'll have to reflect on that
