I had a similar blade break where the 2nd blade broke. It happened on a beat hit... Luckly, I noticed on the motion and dropped the epee that moment. I tell ya, I will only use FIE blades since. LP blades are well known to last some time. My old club has some LP blades that they have been using since the 80s (I kid you not). LP can send me a free blade for the plug now.. :-)
Yes!! I now know there is a youtuber that fences epee! This is the blade the 1st year fencing now I am using advanced gold (i think). I am trying out the gold one of these (a higher end on) some one I know has had one for 7 years
I have 2 of them but I really dont like how stiff they are. According to your experience, which brand has the softer/ more flexible blades, for coupe and things like that... ?

Stiff blades are better. You want a stiff epee.
