This 30-day journey has definitely been a key part of coping with the lockdown. Even when I don't feel like hitting the mat, Adriene inevitably makes things better in the end!

watching this video i realized that as the interviewer, i would have been SO excited to meet benji haha :D i love yoga with adriene; i am not a very spiritual person + also not very athletic or flexible BUT i have learnt how important it is to look after oneself and to try and switch off one's brain for at least a couple of minutes a day and adriene and her videos have been helping me with that. yoga has really helped with my mental health and stress management and i will be forever grateful for that xxx

Thank you Adriene for being here. When I initially started practicing with Adriene on RUclips I sort of skipped around. When I finally found the Home: 30 days of Yoga it was so great. I felt an obligation to myself to continue to show up every day. I have recommended her to all of my Yoga class friends. I love Adriene's attitude. I love Adriene and Benji! My Truman always hangs out with me when I am doing her classes. I don't know if it is A's voice or Benji that has him fascinated with this class. Tomorrow is my day 30. I will continue practicing with Adriene.
Adriene and her classes have helped me gain confidence in myself and have the courage to get up every day and love myself a little more.

I have found Adriene during the pandemic and she made a huge positive impact to my life. I may not be practicing so often but I felt that inner calling that she mentioned. I feel it even more every after practice. It's a feeling of peace and guidance from "self" or a higher being. It's as if I am guided by the way I move, talk, see the world etc... it's hard to describe but it feels like whatever I do, it is rooted to my higher being. Love from The Philippines 🇵🇭

Just got done doing a couple of Yoga with Adriene videos- yoga rinse, and yoga for neck and shoulders(been skipping around for a year or so doing different vids of hers). After watching this video I think I found the release I needed that was right there under the surface- I starting crying!! I've been in and out of depression and anxiety for months and I feel thanks to Adriene's yoga channel I was finally able to come out of the heavy numbness I was feeling. I sincerely appreciate her presence and that she found her vocation in helping so many of us through this dystopian unreality that's emerged in the past few years. Thank you!!

I fell in love with Yoga because of Yoga with Adriene. Over the past many years I did yoga off and on but in 2018 when YWA entered my newly retired world it was not a regular practice for me. WOW what a change!!! I hit the mat daily and with Adriene's Authenticity guiding the way, I have come to care for myself and other's in a much more loving manner. I have been ill for going on 5 years, and also had to have 2 large bones removed from my cervical spine, I now have rods and screws holding my head on😂😂😂
Anyway I have been drawn to yoga at this stage of my life and want to continue however my Spine is screaming, but I am being gentle and authentic in my very small daily practice... Bringing softness and noticing with curiosity each yoga breath. Thanks, its like you gave me the confidence to say... do it your way, no right or wrong way, my way.

I found Adrienne about 2 years ago when I was feeling kinda low and knew I needed to do something consistently to build strength yes, but really confidence. I’ve fallen in love with yoga and Adrienne...and Benji ♥️. I repost her videos often to spread the love and I too wish that everyone would try Yoga with Adrienne because our world would be a a little bit more conscious aware 🙏🏼✨
