IMPORTANT TIPS
Fry The Jamuns On Low Flame and make sure its fully cooked through.
The sugar syrup should not be very hot when adding the fried jamuns in it.
INGREIDIENTS
Milk Powder - 2 Cups (200g) " Nido Or Lakspray
A.P Flour - 4 Tbsp (45g)
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Milk - 150Ml (1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Sugar - 3 Cups
Water - 3 Cups
Cardamom - 4 Pods
Rose Water - 1 Tbsp
Oil To Fry

I tried your gulab jamun recipe 5-6 times, and it was absolutely delicious!🫶🫶 However, the outside kept cracking. I fried them on low flame and followed the exact measurements from the recipe. Could you please suggest what I can do to get perfect jamuns without cracks?
I’ve noticed that the sugar syrup also tends to get thicker after a while. Do you know why that happens, and do you have any tips to prevent it from getting too thick? Also, how long should I boil the syrup for to get the perfect consistency?"
Also, I have one more question: Is it okay to make all the balls at once and keep them aside, or should I make them in batches for frying?

Some gulab jamun recipes call for egg as a binding agent to help improve texture and consistency. This is less common in traditional Indian recipes milk works fine in this case.

Baking powder in gulab jamun dough creates a soft, airy texture by forming air pockets during frying. This helps the gulab jamuns absorb syrup better.

How long do you boil the syrup for?
Once the sugar is completely dissolved simmer for like 2 to 3 minutes 👍👍👍
Should the milk be warm?
No. Just room temperature milk
Should I do that immediately? After frying my gulab jamuns shrinks.
And its hard inside
If the sugar syrup is too hot, the fried gulab jamuns may shrink when added to it. The syrup should be warm to touch when the jamuns are added.
And also undercooked jamuns may shrink after taking out
