Sabotage is Black Sabbath at their peak. It is their deepest, most sophisticated album. Ozzy's voice at it's Best.

Love hearing two insightful, articulate rockers discuss one of the top 10 bands in rock annals.

the top 7-10 albums for me are almost all perfect. Sabotage could be number one on any given day for me.

This is great. I watched both parts. My favourite of any of these ranking videos and I watch a lot. Very knowledgeable and no messing around or hype. It’s effortless.
I like Never Say Die too but Hard Road is actually my favourite song on it so dont agree there.
I still like it but most overrated one for me is Heaven & Hell. Some people actually put it at number one? I’m like what?
Most underrated are Technical Ecstasy, Eternal Idol and Forbidden.
The Devil You Know, 13 and TYR are my 3 least favourites.
Favourite will always be Vol.4. In fact it’s probably my favourite album, period!

Thanks and nice to see Technical Ectasy as being underrated..I agree! and cool you like NSD as that's one that doesn't get enough respect.

@@erorufurakku6378 It’s close to the best song on the album

I can see how each of those albums could be at the top... Darin is right in that song wise it really is the definitive Black Sabbath... while Sabbath Bloody Sabbath was the band at one of the apexes of their career...great show guys

Thanks! Sabbath has so many great albums this was a hard list to make...talk to me on another day it would probably change.

Great picks, all around. They just used the Wizard as an outro song on an episode of 1899 on Netflix.

Thanks! "Under the Sun" is one of the heaviest songs ever written in my opinion...just great!!

If I was going to provide a list to a Black Sabbath newbie with intended order they should be listened to, I think I’d just tell someone to start from the beginning and take the ride with the band in the order they were released. If I was to make a personal ranking, that’s a different story though. Very cool idea for an episode and would be interested in seeing you guys do this for other bands that have similarly legendary discographies.

I was 17 and working in a record shop in 79/80.Heaven and Hell arrived one day amongst all the disco and punk lps.I flipped over the lp and saw that RJD was in the band and no Ozzy.It was the most played lp at parties that year.By comparison ,and I know I will cop crap ,Blizzard of Oz seemed very ordinary.

Great show, and I liked the two different approaches to make the list. However, I think it's time 'Forbidden' got a review by everyone. I avoided it for years because everyone made out it wqas some awful rap monstrosity - it ain't. It's a decent album, and I actually think it could have done with more Ice T (and I am no rap guy).

Born Again is killer with Gillan just very poor production, Disturbing the priest is pure evil. Same with Mob rules , poor production but great album....Turn up the night rocks. Ozzy is king ..... long live the king.Cool video once again.

Sorry, I don’t really like technical ecstasy. The production is not very good either. Not as good as sabotage and then return to form with heaven and hell.
