- Before partition, there was British rule in this region and all the nations e.g. Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and Christians were lived together. They worshiped according to their beliefs in their worship places. Hindus were in majority in Chiniot city of Pakistan and they built many temples and crematorium (Shamshaan Ghaat) for their worship and rituals. The renowned temple is Shawala temple and crematorium on the bank of the river Chenab in between mountains. They built before centuries from today which were the great pattern of architecture. Shawala temple was on the bank of the river and a crematorium, Ashnaan Karnay Ki Jagha and houses for Hindus Sadhu were on the mountains looked very beautiful and this crematorium was the biggest crematorium of the Punjab. Its strange construction makes people speechless. Now the shawala temple has been fallen due to negligence but the crematorium is present in better condition. There is many centuries old banyan tree which attract the people for its beauty and ancient. Railway bridge of British rule was present in the best condition today while a concrete bridge has built for traffic. This is a historical place to visit. I try my best to cover all the views in this video and I hope you will enjoy and like this video.

My name is Neeraj Khanna from Delhi I had visited Pakistan in 2006 and visited Lahore Layalpur Jhang Nankana Tehsil Laliya Sargodha Chiniot Sheikhupura Khanewal and our village Mathrume in today's Chiniot district earlier part of Jhang district where my father was born before partition of India and enjoyed the hospitality of people of our motherland of thousands of years Punjab now Pakistan we PUNJABI KHATRI ( Kshatriya ) are the original habits of North Western part of Indian subcontinent for the last thousands of years . Before partition of India 🇮🇳 on GURU NANAK DEV JI birthday every year THUBREE DA MELA was organized on the bank's of River Chenab in Chiniot where lacs of people from all over Punjab use to gather to celebrate BABA GURU NANAK DEV JI birthday every year . I had a boat ride in river Chenab in Chiniot and had eaten Shakarkandi ( Sweet Potatoe) with 🍊 KINNU poured on it instead of 🍋 NIMBU . As my surname Khanna belongs to Raja Shri Chand Khanna and Raja Deepankar Khanna ( Bari ) Khatri ( Kshatriya) who ruled Deepalpur estate nearly 2000 years ago in today's Okara district of Punjab now Pakistan our kulguru Babe Lalu Jasrai Ji mandir is still situated in Deepalpur fort complex but no Puja had been performed after Hindu Sikhs were looted Killed uprooted from our homeland in 1947 partition of India their is still a famous road named RATTA KHANNA Road in Deepalpur city named after Raja Rattan Chand Khanna ( Bari ) Khatri ( Kshatriya ) . As we Khanna use BARI as a mark of respect as rulers of Deepalpur as Deepalpur city is on the DUAB ( Sangam) of 2 rivers Bea's and Ravi BA from Bea's and RI from Ravi becomes BARI Deepalpur city is on the old silk route Tehran Multan Deepalpur Delhi Lavasa (Tibet) even Alexander loosing Army had camped 🏕 at Deepalpur 125 km from Lahore and Tulamba on the outskirts of Multan city . I couldn't visit Deepalpur due to visa constraints but will try to visit Deepalpur again in coming year's with my family .
