Thanks for your comment. This is our general setup. Width = 297; Height = 210, the standard a4 size. The word, signature and else, need to modified according to your position of background.
But when I set position of course the save button not responding

Yes I did and also add some elements but when I set position then after I want to save then save not work
I think you need to update/ reinstall your plugin, so far that is what i can suggest for the time being. It happen to me sometimes, but uninstall and reinstall again and ensuring your moodle is up to date can resolve that issues. Tq

Sorry. I did not understand your question. You did not find the custom certificate function? Or custom seminar (as a "course"?). If you are talking about custom certificate function, then the admin should install it in the plugin. If otherwise please let me know. Happy to guide

Thanks for clarification. You should have admin access. If you are admin for your moodle system/ package, then you can find the moodle plugin in moodle website, then you can install it. Are you admin for your moodle?

Ok good. I also new in moodle, let me share how. If you are admin, then go to site admin > go to plugin > insert/ install the plugin (zip file) [the zip file cand be download from moodle reprisotory] , then insta and upgrade your moodle site. then enable the function as explain in the videos.
How to put a QR code in a certificate
Thanks for your comment. The qr code can be inserted through the add element option. After you insert the add element option, you may able to reposition your qr code on the certificate. Hope you'll find it, otherwise, let me know. I am happy to help
