Thanks you convinced me to get the unit, i actually order it few months ago but cancelled the same day, I was very unsure due to the age of the unit, didnt really look like it evolved. I havent had much luck with other units, wasted money. I need it for live shows and pitch corrections, just to tighten up the sound for even better hearing pleasure as you said. :)
most of the features are strait forward but for me the autotune had a bit of a learning curve, it was decent in live shows but I never put any effort into actually learning the device. were it really started to shine over all for me is as a channel strip in my desk for my live streams. Because its in front of me 24/7 and I finally actually took the time to go thru it and learn its features. dial it in for my use Even if one never wanted the autotune portion of it at its price its a great channel strip for anyone needing one

I wonder how this would work for me singing in my rock trio in small clubs where we provide our own sound? I often use a zoom L 12 life track, mixer, and while it has a basic built-in compression knob for each channel, I have a feeling this tascam/Antares would help give my Vocals a shine. Of course, that’s one more thing to lug around! What do you guys think?
When I was doing live sound , the one seen here was mounted in in a rack along with some other gear.
I bought this unit for gentle pitch correction. I haven't tried it yet, I hope it works good
to be honest I've yet to really bother with the Autotune, I have so many software options just haven't needed that side of it.
Hello. Can you please do a full updated walkthrough of the device? Your video from a decade ago is one of the best on RUclips (not many) but it’s very short. I just bought it and I’m trying to figure it out but the manual isn’t very good.

I am not familiar with the older model, still have this one though. Its one of the things that did not get stolen last year when I was robbed.
