Deep Complex Cognitive Mathematics Game - Addition
Procedure: The athlete faces four pods positioned within arm's reach. Each pod is spaced 20 cm apart. The athlete, using both hands, deactivates the lights. The workout begins by displaying a set of numbers in various colors. The athlete deactivates the number in red. Following deactivation, plus sign (+) appears on all connected pods. The athlete then deactivates the operator in red. After deactivation, a new set of numbers is displayed, and the athlete focuses on deactivating the red-colored one.
Upon deactivating the second number, the athlete sets the math problem and must contemplate the correct response. A set of possible answers, all in red, is presented, and the athlete deactivates the correct response. After completing the first sequence, subsequent ones commence, each with a new math problem. There are six sequences of math tasks within one drill.
