Material: 1.5m of satin fabric
My measurements: 92-70-93cm and I’m 167cm tall. I usually wear UK size 8

please can you explain how you do the french seam ?
Pin right side to right side, sew, trim seam allowance, turn inside out and sew sides again xx
Is it right side to right side or wrong side to wrong side.the seam is in the inside or skirt when finished no. Busy sewing this and maybe I don’t understand but it comes out opposite.
This seam is called french seam technique and at the end you won't have any raw edges on the outside and inside or the skirt.
First you sew wrong side to wrong side, trim the seam allowance, turn the skirt inside out, and sew again right side to right side.
Hope that makes more sense 🙂
