I'm keen to actually declutter my house. This was motivating!! Honestly my house is all good and decluttered.... except the spare/junk room. And the Garage. We moved house over Easter and those places have been so bad ever since! Overwhelming me. Very ready to begin this.
I will 100000% NOT tell my husband lol He wants to keep everything. “Why would I throw out this shirt with stains and holes? I can use it to paint” The man has never painted or would never paint 😂
You can try selling "lots" of clothes on facebook marketplace. Then you are sending them to someone you know truly wants them. Same with books :) Alos donating is great if you don't have time to sell them!
Step 5: honestly I don't do it this way and if I were to follow this would never get my house decluttered. Way too complicated for me. Mine is simply a bag for trash and a keep box. If I'm not keeping it in the trash it goes. If I'm not sure if I should keep it, in the trash it goes 😂. So for example I was helping a friend declutter clothes and she was not sure about a dress and wanted to try it on before making a decision. Ummm why? If you don't know if it fits then you aren't wearing it so get rid of it. The key to decluttering is really to keep it simple
@@kassyeichele Oh thank you so much for your reply. But I mean as far as what books on decluttering that you have read because in this video you mentioned that you had read some books on this specific topic that helped you guys.

Remember the hurricane survivors that have lost so much, a good opportunity to declutter excess and help those in need at the same time
