Thank you Eleanor! A lovely video. You were missed! I really like English Paper piecing. It's so fun to watch your process and you're very good at explaining! Kate at the last homely house is someone you also might enjoy on RUclips. EPP is something she's done examples of too.
Hello from Colorado 😊 Just doing my first grandmother's flower garden hexagon quilt. I don't have much left to go it has been a process. I will have to give it a go doing my own papers. Thanks😊
I just started EPP quilting, now I have 2 in progress, a 1" Hexi and a 2" Hexi, both very scrappy with ditzy 30's and 40' reproductions. They will be very traditional. But I have gobs of wonderful wild fabrics, on the line with your choices. I had not considered them, until I started watching your channel. I had never seen the triangle paper you demonstrated until today, now I NEED to locate some of that. This is just so wonderful. Eleanor thank you for opening my eyes to more fun. By the way your sewing room is marvelous. Thank you so much.
I love this! Super impressed with how accurate the finished block is to the design. It'll be interesting to see the finished quilt next to the drawing.
Brilliant, I have just found you and I am very new to EPP. You thought process with working out the pattern on paper and matching the fabrics I’d amazing. Hope to see another one soon ❤
Eleanor - You bring me joy and hope. Thank you so much for sharing your special skills and beautiful aesthetic with us. I usually use 1/2" seam allowance with my hexies... Less is too difficult to baste onto the paper and tough to manage. You really motivate me and you are a great teacher. I love your channel. Great videos❣I've only made 4 hexi flowers so far with cottons, using 2"- 2 1/4" forms...but I'm well on my way. 🥰🥰 🎃🖤💜🎃🖤🧡💜
beautiful fabrics! can’t wait to see the final quilt! 😊

It was fun to watch while you showed the problems that can be solved if we only think. Thank you.

Oh my gosh your reasoning for your colour pallette is so original! Gorgeous
And you should totally show how you make colour pallettes out of a jelly roll
Fabulous video, great design, very similar to one I have done for an upcoming project.
Really? I'd love to see it. So where in our house do you actually store your myriad of quilts? 😂😂😂😂😂🤣💚💖💗

Great ideas! Is your idea sheet available to view with sizes of shapes required?

After my 3rd visit, I have to do a stained glass effect.
