Thankyou so much Judith. I find it difficult to explain that it's just me and my phone & I see other people have more technology to create lovely videos. It hurts my hands typing or I shut down after doing something like talking in front of my phone, or other every day things. I hate that this condition knocks me back every time I try to do something, but I know I have to do something to help my mental health struggles and going on that walk felt great. You're right Judith being out in the fresh air around nature is definitely good for the soul. Thankyou so much always for your kind, supportive comments.
