Coming from a decade of managing JIRA, this is the best explanation I've seen of utilizing GitLab's project management capabilities. Thanks so much.

Not many views, sadly. Thank you for this quick overview. Useful to get a first guidance on how to define our labels and boards.

is it able to create story, and differentiate into tasks?

Nice video, I wish Gitlab had an integrated bookmark system for stuff like issue views or project access. Relying on browser for this feels a bit odd.

Thanks for the video. Is it possible that issues from different projects or even other groups can have the same lable, so that you can have an overview of all these issues (with the same lable regardless in what project or group they have been created)?

Might be a bit late, but you can create labels on the group-level and then apply them to issues of individual projects within the group. I think you can also promote project-level issues to the group-level, but I'm not sure about that.

    can you delete a board?

Sadly you basically can‘t do any of this with the free version. Boards are basically useless without any filter options. I feel like project management in general gets pretty much deleted in the free version.
