Thanks for the video. Is it possible that issues from different projects or even other groups can have the same lable, so that you can have an overview of all these issues (with the same lable regardless in what project or group they have been created)?
Might be a bit late, but you can create labels on the group-level and then apply them to issues of individual projects within the group. I think you can also promote project-level issues to the group-level, but I'm not sure about that.
Sadly you basically can‘t do any of this with the free version. Boards are basically useless without any filter options. I feel like project management in general gets pretty much deleted in the free version.
