- Surprise, I finished this early! I totally did not lose track of time and spend an entire day working on it. I learned a lot while making this and I enjoyed it even more. This is part 2 to my first cutscene in which Noelle and Berdly fall in: • (Deltarune Fan Animati...
This was primarily put together in Adobe Premiere, and I edited/animated the sprites in Photoshop. Some modding was done to get the empty backgrounds and voice audio. The dialogue boxes came from: www.demirramon.com/generators...
Thank you so much for the reception on my last video!! It really inspired me to keep going with this one.

I can just imagine her loudly exclaiming it, and the reverberation switches every second fading out at the end of her dialogue
Let’s see… she’s up to 6;42 at 3:14, so… Queen noticed them an additional 3;28 before this video started. And that starting point could’ve been in the previous video.

A fan-game where we control Berdly and see everything that happens on his side would honestly be an amazing thing.

And even non logicaliy canonish like him killing as only heros can not kill berdliy probs could heck i feel like he maybe did a bit to become stronger like a neutral route/runthrough

The "Somebody, help me..." at the end flows into the situation we encounter in Ch.2 perfectly
I love the detail of Queen damaging the land so it looks like how we find it in game showing us how it happened
Not only does it make so much sense, but this is the most Toby Fox writing I have ever seen from someone who is not Toby Fox. The characters are so much like themselves in the game. Overall, 11/10.
The humor in this is so good, the dialogue for all the characters is on point! And the animation is very clean too - loved the sequence with the wires damaging the floor.
Let us hope the RUclips algorithm blesses you.
Bruh if someone showed me this after i had only seen up until the first checkpoint, i probably would have tought this was an official *prologue* or something.

The dialogues are great,way really excellent potraying Noelle and berdly if they the ones instead who discovered the dark world before Kris at susie

I know that these are fan made animations, but how could you not consider this to be part of the Canon Ch 2 storyline.
Incredibly well done, to the smallest details.
The only hiccup was already mentioned and discussed in some other comments so I'm just leaving well-deserved praise

Wow, this is very well made. I would say Its really underrated! Keep up this good Work and you may be able to be a (BIG SHOT)! Its Hard to get Big on youtube but you got potential. Humor, dialouge, animation. You did it very well. 👍

1:14 Is that a custom sprite? It fits Berdly, but I’ve honestly never seen it before.
It comes from an existing sprite of him smiling! I just edited it to make him look embarrassed. I'm not sure if that smiling sprite is actually used in-game, though. I grabbed all of my sprites from the game files directly and edited/used pieces of them for the custom ones.
Edit: The sprite name should be spr_berdly_cross_arms_smug :)

This is so perfect that I think it's really been made by toby and he's just trolling us with this RUclips account 😂, and the these cutscenes were actually in the game but were deleted later.
Personally I hope berdly becomes a party member later he has the sprite labeled as such but it’s only used when he betrays queen why would you make a battle sprite of someone but never have them on the party (and for snowgrave maybe he’s not dead just trapped in the dark world)
that same sprites are used in his boss battle

Woah... I keep on saying "it's so good, amazing, cool" in these types of videos and I am kind of a bit getting tired of saying it but seriously, you deserve a lotta' recognition and some breaks if you're tired.

My only "complaint" is more of a theory/headcanon of mine, but I'll put it out there anyway.
I think Noelle's actually the one who tore up the landscape! We know that, when pressured, she can do some pretty powerful stuff, so it'd make sense that, given the circumstances, she freaked out and did something, with said thing being blacked out in her memory.
It would have had to leave freeze marks all over the place however.
Which none can be seen.
@@Turbulation1 i point you to the room you snowgrave berdly in. literally the only way to tell she was there at all is the frozen chicken. no "freeze marks" or whatever... which are never actually shown in game anyway.
@@ericr.malice318 It depends on what she was doing. Ice Shock is the reason ice marks are created in the overworld so she probably never used that. And Noelle just used Snowgrave during the Berdly fight and nothing else, but Noelle doesn’t have Snowgrave at the beginning of the game. So that can’t be used for destruction.
And Noelle’s physical attack is weak, and not strong enough to the point it could break the ground.
So with this, I can only point to Queen being able to break the ground like that.
How about making what happens with Ralsei and Susie while we're alone?

Where'd you get the sprites of them sliding down the slope from?
I customized them from other existing sprites! Noelle's is from her front kneeling sprite and Berdly's is partially an unused(?) sprite from the "flying down with a rose" bit haha

It's an animation I made in Adobe Premiere! I did mod the game a little bit to get the cyber world background and the speech audio, but the rest of the visuals (besides the dialogue boxes - the link to those are in the description) are edited by hand :]
