Combat tips you may not know:
Circle and triangle = finish combo with explosive burst knocking everyone away
Circle and square = finish combo with ki blast attack (every character has one unique finisher with ki blast)
Circle and x = finish combo with a fast hitting attack leading to potential combo yet again
while blocking if you are attacked you can press x to vanish behind them and hit them (it drains aroudn 40 ki so beware)
While blocking if you press square you do an explosive aura blowing everyone away (low ki consumption making it great for getting opponents off you)

This will be even better since for Storm they had to balance it a bit while here they can focus on making it completely amazing and advantageous for the player!
I mean if you've ever played or seen Asura's Wrath, you know they can deliver on colossal, cosmic scale battles. Hell, the final battle in that game was even bigger and crazier than anything in all of Dragon Ball, Z, Super, GT or otherwise!

Dragon ball has a way different vibe they probably won't do it, alot of people skipped it and people wanna see Goku Vs Jiren more than Goku Vs the Red army and Pilaf

I really hope the post game is good, don't want to end up shelving the game after completing the story. Usually multiplayer extends dbz games for me but this won't have any so we'll see
They're packing the game full of stuff. The length itself is slated to be around a solid 40 hours, if you solely play the main story only, that is. However, if you spend time exploring, doing sidequests, etc, it's slated to be 100+ hours solid.
I can definitely see them allowing play after the story if you missed some sidestuff.

Meaning that the Universe 6 saga is really when DBZ comes to a close.
Man, I love this game!!!! I know I'm not the only one when they tell Goku to get back home to Chi-Chi or Piccolo to go check in Gohan, you think I did what they said??? NOPE!!!! I explore the hell outta the game, go absolutely everywhere, wander about, complete all the side missions, beat up all the robots, eat, rest, and collect all the orbs - it's an RPG + DragonBall Z, and I love it, LOL🤣

I’m having a very hard time with Vegeta’s 3on1 training battles. The 3on1 combination of Raditz/Nappa/Saibamen/Vegeta pisses me off like no other fight could.
Forgets to mention that every boss has super armor on almost all their attacks and thats really annoying to me and also they have unlimited ki so they just spam the whole time and rarely fight

Can you change the outfit for characters after the main story? Like what if while I'm free roaming as vegeta post story and I wanna rock the cell arc armor instead of the buu arc suit? I know the options for that would probably be limited for characters like gohan with him changing character models as he gets older but I'm still curious to know.

It sucks that movie villains aren't in the game it would've been a fun endgame to fight broly, cooler, janemba, and etc as super bosses it would've given us something to do after the story.

I think a big problem is that navigation of the item and character screens are too confusing Idk where to go in menus to do anything
I had my doubts at first. Lol games are expensive but I set them aside because of how much of a Dragonball fan I am. Xenoverse 2 is still probably one of my most played games and as much as I love it, I never actually watched Z so I’m using this as a substitute to get the Z story.

My thing is that if you got sub quests why not add the movie villains then? It doesn't need to be 100% accurate to the movie because we know thats not possible because it doesn't add up canonically with the show but if they put their own spin on it. I don't see why it wouldn't work out. Still have Turles attempted at the tree of might but change it. Coolers movie pretty much fits in the three year training period. Fighting android 13 as an extra boss would be wicked during the Cell saga. Its easily possible.

SO I dunno if they added it or not, but you don't get to train with Gregory or the monkey or king kai... that all happens in a little blurb. i was a little sad by that, also i really wanted to some training on gokus ship when he was flying to Namek, also not in. still excited as hell to play and my family knows im disappearing for a week. but just wanted to let people know. ( I watched the leaked gameplay video from start to end of freeza )
PS: game length should be 30-40 hours just story alone. from start to end of freeza video took almost 10 hours.
