I like the sound of this! I think I will buy them, if they are available here. I do like the Chance perfumes, but I can only have one at a time because I have too much perfume as it is, but in this format, it is a good way to have them all at the same time. Thank you for the video. I have some perfumes from Lush which are in jars which are rub on, so I suppose it is the same thing, but I prefer the Chanel concept of putting them into pencils rather than in a jar. It is a fun idea. And not overly expensive. So my friends will have to buy their own. I want all of them for myself! (Greedy me!)
Haha! I thought the same thing: first I thought I could share them but then after smelling them I knew I would not be able to part with them :) haha! xoxo
"early 2000's... that was 20 years ago. eh now i'm depressed" LOL that sent me... as always your descriptions and insight are so vivid and informed, i love hearing your take on things
I have all the flankers and recently just added Chance to my collection. I agree the opening isn't my favorite but after five-ten minutes i really love it.
I love that fact the brands are finally realizing the massive choices we have to choose from. And when we are not sure we will either avoid or return after a purchase or keep depending on the consumer. So when the companies launch these portable, minimalistic size, miniature of anything no one’s gonna think too long about spending that amount of money. So they make some sales and we get to try and see if we really like it to make to longer term commitment of a full bottle of their parfum. Every body wins! 💁♀️👏👍
Sounds cute but Chanels deodorant sticks (which only come for their masculines for some reason) are basically solid perfumes as well and you get 75g for 25 dollars. The Égoiste and Antaeus sticks are my favorites, you can smell them all day long.
Its a bit tricky with the deodorant sticks since they do have an astringent property so to apply them anywhere else but on the armpits could feel uncomfortable on the skin. Having said that, their price in dollars is great! 25 dollars plus tax is very good, especially when compared to the Euro price of 34 Euro! This is one of the rare CHANEL product ranges that cost much less in the States than in Europe... at least for now. LOL.
Super Dacob yeah, thats a bit of an issue, I can‘t wear them 2 days in a row or my skin gets irritated. Im aware of the price difference, I live in Europe but because of my job I can always pick them up „on the cheap“ in the States😇
Merry Christmas and hope all is well Love you and listening to you as I drive, work etc, I might try this love all is the line except the original for the same reason Thank you for your review of this treasure Wishing you all the best for an incredible 2020 Xoxoxo MJ
Hi dacob im from Australia this first time i right a common i watch all you reviews im a big fan of chanel perfumes can you show your collection one day
Longevity is unfortunately a joke. This product is super fun and smells great but within the CHANEL range, this comes off as a novelty product if we judge it by longevity alone.
Interesting way for Chanel to introduce people who are on a budget to their Chance line. Thinking they are seeking to appeal to millennials or even students.
Hello Dacob, thanks again for this very nice review, here is my own point of view about It, so I don't want to impose anything but I think the only chance that is worth It is the EDP/pure.. These flankers for me are so corny and do not worth the money by no means .Take Care.
In a way yes, except the consistency of it is a bit thicker than solid perfume would be. It feels like a softer crayon but drier than solid perfume. But the concept is more or less the same. The application is just more fun this way.

Omg, this is genius. I'm going to check who else makes deodorants now :)
Stephan I agree I have Allure homme

Thank you MJ! Wishing you too the best 2020!
I would only buy this as a collectible, decorative keepsake for my vanity or dressing area.
I can understand your point but they do smell really good so I would recommend using them as well :) xoxo

LOVED the video! But one question, for how long did the scent last? Really curious because I’m on the edge of buying it

As of right now, what do you think of the longevity? (I imagine some time has passed since you reviewed these little cuties) xoxo

They might be but as you said, its a fun introduction to the entire range, when on a budget. :)

How much are they?
So it's just solid perfume in shape of a pencil?

Im a big fan of chanel perfumes but this im not sure
