I'm going to be trying the beepeeeee soon. Haven't really found the dino that fits how I like to play yet. Only have about 80 hours in the game, and the Dildo is my favorite
It would be very interesting to see more of this and other "rare" dinos like the hypsi

@@GriseldatheBeanWhen was the video posted, because I can't find any of Dryo vs Carno that isn't 2 years old, which doesn't count because there's been so much rebalancing in the game since then.

The fact that you guys attacked that cerato like a group of river otters is next level proof that small playables are underrated. I bet you could potentially bleed one out with all those claw attacks. Just bc it’s small and 1-2shot doesn’t mean it’s not a viable playable. Just requires skilled movement and patience. Great content and I will be trying out the river otter play style soon, it looks so fun

@ I tried it a handful of times and it was fun everytime. Baby dilos think they can take an otter duck almost every time lol. Lag can ruin any experience so ur logic is just plain pessimism. Find a better perspective and have a better day/experiences
@@nathanrice8778 Ive yet to find a large ”flock”? Of Beipis yet though, it’s so easy keeping up a perfect diet in the river delta so just having fun in the water

The Pteranodon that was "stuck" in the tree was actually just hanging off the side of it. The animation doesn't play for anyone but the actual player for some reason.

Beipi is one of my favorite dino to play ! Definetly a good gameplay experience for me. I love the fishing mechanism and the diet it get. And it's enjoyable to use both in water and land.

I've just gotten into playing The Isle, and after a few flops with other dinos, I had my first success at surviving playing as one of these little guys. I logged off hiding inside a bush after finding an area with drinking water and food for my diet, not sure how I will perish but I'm enjoying the game so far. Btw, I've learnt a lot by watching your videos, so thank you!

Love this little fella. Here are some tips:
If you struggle with food, try looking for crabs underwater.
Dive until you reach the ground, press ctrl (crouch) to hook yourself into the ground and sniff (Q) until a bubble-icon appears on your compass.
Dig out a crab and enjoy.
1st person mode by zooming in to the max makes hunting fish much easier.
Spacebar makes you flost up but it also makes you do a dolphin jump.
Combine this while sprinting and you can outswim even a Deino.
If you want to check for danger outside of the water, hook into the ground and go slightly below surface level so your head doesn't stick out. If you're fully zoomed in, you can see everything around you without others seeing you (almost like a Deino).

I'm my experience, Deinos don't attach Beipis usually. The don't do much for stomachs or diet and they're great lures for other dinos
I'm a frequent beipi player and its just so fun do dive, its my favorite dino-specific ability for sureee

I gave up on the Beipi after two of us spawned at Dam lake and headed south to the migration area and eventually died somewhere near the Swamp, but still in the delta region.
*_We didn't find a single scrap of food to eat. Not even shoal fish, mussels, frogs, crabs, vegetables or anything._*
That being said. If you can find food and grow one to full size, they're quite fun to play about with.
Exiting lil fella, such a champ in the water, some adrenaline rush dodging crocs and big fish 👌🏻😅 100% in minutes for sure

I spent forever making skin combos so re-did the intro. Promise it was the first time
@Even6 I wasn't suggesting otherwise. I just meant you spent a lot of time on the skins before even playing! It's funny but I get it.
You should DEFINITELY try the other patterns in the drop down menu above the colors. I prefer Pattern B and Pattern C over Pattern A.

I think this is the creature that’s spooked the hell outa me as a juvie deino. I heard steps and bolted to the water. But then turned around and the thing was right after me and could even swim faster. Thought I lost him in the dark under a log but nope.
Hunter dies and he says "What is my luck?" lol. I think in that situation Hunter had worse luck.

Even i have a small tip for you for deinosuchus
Well so basically you might see the deinosuchus lunge very short but if you wait long enoguh like run up to the dino you want to grab and after that after your body is out of the water and your back legs are still in the water you can lunge and it makes it longer meaning you could get a carno that isnt drinking and is eating from abit far distance you could just do that and itll get the carno please like so even can see this
Great video. I have recently gotten back into the isle and i noticed they removed the decision to decide on where to spawn. Do you know what the best thing would be to do if you are trying to play with a friend?

oh btw, the first herrera that killed u, if u land 1 full alt attack, it will bleed to death, but you landed one and a half. he definitely died lol

10:34 so confused on how to do what what are the bubbles for? Is that how you get crabs? I’ve been looking for crabs around the beach for three days and I haven’t been able to find any! I wanna catch a crab!
Yes! Bubbles are the location of crabs. You dig at the base of the bubbles and a crab will appear. U have to be holding the ocean/river bottom for bubbles to show up

What update did it get
Gl trying to survive as a flightless(?) swimming bird... All you can do is escape into a bush where any land predator will follow or escape into the water of which land predator most likely wont follow but then you got the big ass crocs going down on you very quickly :D

I wish nesting was more incentivized in the isle. I would like it to be more common to spawn in an egg than as a juvenile. I feel like most players haven't experienced playing as a baby.
Me too! inheriting mutations was their idea to incentivize it more but nobody cares about an extra 3 muts. Being nested in makes for some of the best story/experiences I've had in the isle
@Even6 I think it's that the parents (that did all the work) don't receive any benefits (tmk). Maybe allowing players to respawn after death from eggs of their lineage with extra boosts could help. Like if you make a nest with someone, you have eggs, when those babies are adults and have their own eggs you could spawn as one of their eggs with some "ancestral" trait that lets you grow much faster or something. Gotta incentivize players to want to raise babies and protect them
Maybe over generations introduce some color variations that can't be selected when starting as a juvenile that would make your future generations more and more unique, giving more reason to keep the bloodline active.
I bet it DOES add to the feel of the game. You are far less migratory, you can't just up and leave if something scary moves into the neighborhood. Almost like having a "base" to defend.

Is there a health bar or is it just the blood on the screen that lets you know?
not exactly a health bar but like u said the blood on screen has 4 stages which gives u a rough idea. The tab screen has a heart beat colour that is easier to tell which stage ur at (Green is 100-75% Health, Yellow is 75-50%, Orange 50-25% and red is below 25%)

damn it when i see THe Isle videos there are always so many dinos in 1 place when in my games ... 1/2 is max...
Same for me sometimes. This was filmed over five days and like 15 hours of gameplay into this 20min video. Plenty of hours where absolutely nothing happened

What is the point of nesting? Do players take the baby character? I don't get it because you can just spawn in when you build your own dinosaur
A lot of people enjoy starting from 0% and growing with a family. Makes for an interesting life

2070 Super - intel i7 10750h works fine but im looking to build a whole new pc
@@Even6 I noticed some stutters in your video, and I think that your processor i7 10750h is causing a bottleneck. When building a new pc, I reccomend you to buy a stronger processor that is strong enough to keep up with your gpu. i7 10750h is not powerful enough to keep up with better gpus like your 2070 Super and that is why you are experiencing stutters.

There is no such thing as a RTX 1660 Super. The 1660 Super is a GTX card and does not support DLSS

Whether it is accurate or not, I am not a fan of the concept of Feathered Dinosaurs.
"uh i like the ugly asf retro scaly monster design instead of the realistic and prettier feathered dinos" bro a JP velociraptor looks like dogshit compared to a real Utahraptor speculation lol. bro watched old dino documentaries and instantly loved those over feathered dinos. you're lucky most dinos are not fully feathered, and only have protofeathers or quills.....

Please play Path of Titans or something. This game is literally un-playable. The egg bug has been a thing for ages, the server crashes have been happening for months and they simply dont care, to the point where they have swept it aside for weather updates multiple times. The only form of feedback is "The discord" who they ban most people for pointing out bugs.
Admit it, 90% of this video was just trying to get the game to work...
As a fellow Isle hater, this is not the way to present an argument for Path of Titans. Let the devs dig The Isle's grave and the players will migrate naturally. Like, you're not wrong, but the tone of your words is only going to make people who've sunk time and money into this game double down to prove it wasn't a waste.

PoT is not a survival game though, more like glorfied chat room with super mundane gameplay and clunky mechanics.
Theyre completley differemt experiances - this isnt to say I dont agree with the isles poor state - but it runs fine and honestly theres not a huge amount of issues that are game breaking currently either, just dumb shit the devs swept under the rug, mostly balancing.
@Efrw I agree with a lot of this. I personally think it comes down to what server you are playing on with PoTs.
I just hate the way The Isle devs just ignore everything. I wish we just had a hybrid of the two.
