High yield facts pretty clear but USMLE Qbanks can sometimes give questions about detail biochemistry, especially with specific enzyme names for pathways. I wish you went over that.
Thanks! One suggestion thou: You could use the white board in better way: Clearer handwriting - drawings etc. Check: Ninja Science, AK-lectures, Armando Hassundigan. They master the whiteboard/drawning stuff. Makes it much more clearer for the student/user. Cheers still!
Yea but on the other hand this guy is much more concise and clear for USMLE review, ** and he also has supplementary notes in PDF/powerpoint form to follow along
you can give the patient both if they are deficient in one or the other (from their diet). But if the patient has problems with their illeum (distal small intestine), that would cause a b12 deficiency. Testing for b12 deficiency testing helps us find that the person has a problem with their illeum specifically. Then we can treat that specific area of the body.

Is it common to be deficient in both B9 and B12?

When your are this good, you don't need a fancy whiteboard illustration...and everything is found in his notes.
Why you do test to differentiate between B9 and B12 why don't just give both as they both are water soluble

Since his handwriting is hard to read, at least he needs to write a bit bigger letters
