I volunteered at the W&W from 1975 until we were transferred away. The first time I saw 4662 I thought it was a piece of junk that would never run again. But I was flabbergasted when, at the end of one day, it came chugging out of the enginehouse, grabbed onto the end of the train and pulled back inside.
@@WBDE that thing’s been smoking a lot! It burns a lot of diesel fuel more then any other diesel on the roster.. pretty much shows it’s the oldest diesel
