i watched no.6 in like 2013 or 2014 and i remember when this song was playing during the last scene i cried so much and then the song got stuck in my head and i cried for like a week or two everytime i thought about it (and i would also play it on youtube just to torture myself some more lmao). It's been 5 or 4 years and i just listened to this song again thinking "wow it made me so emotional i wanna hear it again." guess what. I couldnt even get to the end of the chorus because i'm crying again T_T all the memories came back and i know if i listen to the whole thing i will cry for like few hours. I can honestly say that this anime ruined me for life

This is the type of song that breaks through language barriers, it’s so full of emotion and Aimer delivers it so perfectly that you dont even need to understand anything to feel what she wants to transmit. This is her best song in this regard, another great one is Kachou Fugetsu
this song so fits for them and i love it so much it makes me tear up with i hear it..i wish they would remake the anime to follow more of the novel because it had a lot more rat and shion moments than the anime. the manga did a good job of following the novel. I still like the anime but i prefer the novel/manga

It's been 391 days since I finished the anime. I still can't bring myself to rewatch the series even though I really want to because I'm not over it. I'm currently buying all the manga though, so I'm trying a different approach, but I'm still sobbing whenever I open up a new volume because I know the pain I'm about to put myself through.

i deadass never thought a series like this would mean so much to me. specifically the novels and manga. but im glad the anime came out because at least more people watched (not all people like reading books) , and this beautiful song could be heard :'). but no literally, usually after I watch a series I would fangirl about it for two weeks then I'd forget about it. but this, no.6, has been stuck in my head for YEARS. ive still got the manga collection which i put on display on a shelf in front of my bed, the last time I cried while reading was just YESTERDAY. it's got me real fucked. im not one to go out of my way to watch a series because it's shounen ai, but no.6 really caught my eye, i read the novels first, and it's just a beauty. no.6, it's a whole world on its own. it did end in a sad way, but i like to think they did reunite, after all, nezumi made a promise. my theory is, that he does meet with shion three years later, even tho we got an insight into it, shion met nezumi three years after that night he saved him. maybe it's the same in this case, but of course, there's no wrong or right answer. the writer has left us to think of what we believe will happen.

This is very sad because how nostalgic and melancholic the song is.. It reminds me of that time where Shion died and I kept telling to myself "No, No, NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!". Which is weird, because I always see things like that coming but this time I believed for real that he was dead and that he and Nezumi were going to die and then that's the end... The anime itself is so nostalgic and emotional. It's such a shame that such a masterpiece was forgotten in time as years passes. I'll never forget these beautiful moments and I'll cherish this song in the deepest part of my heart.
