It's a shame that so many people never saw the original Borat skits when he was on television. They were so much better than the movies (which are still good).

The movie was good for about 3/4 in, but i feel borat after 2006 was more over the top, and changed to suit a world-wide audience , almost more cartoon like, the original ones he is understated and no one had a clue it was a mess about. how he doesnt laugh is crazy, some othe stuff he says is nuts!!

A couple of other shows you'd both love are 'Dirty Sanchez' which is the Welsh version of Jackass and 'Balls of Steel' which was a prank sketch show which had some hilarious segments like 'Bunny Boiler' and 'Negs Urban Sports' which I think would have you both on the floor laughing!

Sacha Baron Cohen also made a film called "Grimsby." Briefly he plays the part of an orphaned sibling who was separated from his brother at a young age. His brother went on to lead a privileged lifestyle becoming a spy for the nation. Whilst he became a jobless, feckless football hooligan. He is reunited with his brother who has been discredited, and together they set out to prove his brother's innocence. The scene in Africa amongst the elephants is jaw-achingly funny. Gross, but so so funny. Brad I think you'd end up on the floor laughing.
Before Borat was Dennis Pennis, watch his interviews I don’t know how he had the nerve to be so rude and very cruel to people made my toes curl, even if the celebrities are arrogant and narcissistic.

Sacha Baron Cohen is highly (Cambridge) educated. Crazy to think that he comes from a family of composers, physicians, authors & film-makers. That makes what he does even more incredible because some comedians can only play themselves.
I love Borat! However, you talked about it being unbelievable that the people participating fall for this over and over. Remember there was a time (not too long ago) when people generally had no reason to distrust a stranger. Sasha Baron Cohen of course capitalized on this fact, but man is it funny. Anyway, if I could choose, I'd rather have a world where trust between people is the common denominator, than the crippling conditions we live under today.
