This is such a good interview with so much detail for the fans. Can’t believe this doesn’t have more views.
An absolute gem to hear. Thanks for your awesome work! And of course to Mr. Rubin too!
Thanks for checking it out!!!
Dude childhood.. perfect song, but the whole first time I was listening to it I was thinking that there had to be a Rubin involved because there is no way Tom knew those chords lol
It’s cool to hear that Tom fell in love with the starcaster.
Totally, can’t wait to try one out!
@@182newspodthey’re incredible. My birthday is literally today, so I ended up getting a shell pink one on launch day
Yo! If you could have chapters/sections separating each title that would be rad!
Like time stamps on this one to jump to, or separate videos? I’ve got a bunch of excerpts up of specific songs prior to listing this one in full.
I think he means timestamps for the questions or at least “Aaron talking about ‘Terrified’” and that section captures the questions.
Love this! Asking the questions we all wanted to hear the answers to! Awesome job!
Thank you! 🙏🏻🤘🏻🐇
Online songs is the song from take off the your pants and jacket
Turpentine is so good. I kind of think Tom partly left the first time cause he wants to write tracks like that, but feels under pressure with Blink to write stuff like Edging and Dance with me.
It's only a feeling I have. Could be completely wrong.
And now they get to embrace it all and combine it together into some amazing music
This is amazing dude!
182 Merci !
De rien! 🤘🏻
I don’t agree with his take on not using synths at all! I think neighbourhoods is one of their strongest albums and think t benefited from the intros and synths and Ava influence, it’s an amazing album! But I understand where he is coming from is he wants that “classic” blink sound but idk I was enjoying the evolution from untitled, to neighbourhoods to DED
Dogs eating dogs had a good hybrid, they could've pushed more in that direction!
“More Than You Know” fits right into DED.
I think One More Time was the perfect combination of every sound and style blink has done into the one album, it’s the perfect culmination after Untitled/Neighbourhoods/DED went more on the experimenting side
thanks for this interview 🤟🏼💙
