I live in Canada and 40 years ago I remember having this 1969 large date dime I never knew it was valuable! And it's very clear that you know the difference. Since then I have not seen it again

I found that DIME today while buying some old coins
I live in Canada and I remember I had in my possession. In 1969 large date dime because I remember looking at it and comparing it with a small one and I was not into coins at the time. I didn't know anything about coins or the value et cetera. But I remember saying to my friend. Why is this got a larger date and this one's smaller? And they didn't know. And this was like in the mid seventies so I thought oh no big deal. Yikes well i'm wrong. That's when we used to throw all pennies on the street because it indicated to us that we were poor and if we were caught with a penny in. Our pocket people in our group would laugh and say things like oh you're poor.
If we got the penny's in change we would say. Where's your penny jar and we just leave it in the penny jar at the till.
I watched this video because I went trough my coin collection and I found I have a Canadian dime with a print error but its not in any of the errors you highlighted. It's a 1968 and it has an inner circle that crosses trough the 68 and the letters trough all the letters of Canada. Do you know if its valuable? Thanks

Hi, is it only the 1969 that has large date or are there other dates that are large?
1969 Canadian dimes: how do you tell the difference between a large "9" and a small "9"? I am not sure if this variation occurs in the large date or small date variety. The 1960 American penny was easy by comparison.
I got this 1982 penny that looks silver but if I look at the side of the penny both sides have this thing lare of silver and in the middle is copper/zink looking.

I have a 1969 large date dime just like the one in your video on Canadian dimes it’s in XF condition about that the of the date shows is in mint condition the other side is the same but there is scratch on it other than that it’s in great condition should it be branded or could it be sold as is on eBay and what would a fare price to ask ?

I have a 1965 Canadian dime. The 6 on the date looks different then this "6" as the top of the "6" curls down wards. Do you know if it is worth any real money? I heard it could be worth around $5000.00 if it has a large date on another youtube video. Not sure what state the dime had to be in or if my dime has a large date.
Every coin value is based on many factors such as error type, condition, grade, mintage, metal, demand for the coin, etc. I don't personally appraise coins so you have to send that off to a grading company or take it to a coin appraiser. I appreciate you watching!
