Great job, boys! Always a plus when traveling hours to a spot! I don't know if it was just me but I heard another signal when Gary swung over the spill zone when you cut away and then he digs that Rosie - my Jedi powers at work 🤓
Mike's got the text book swing for metal detecting. Was watching him on the B roll and his swing is absolutely perfect. Congrats to Gary on the spill, sure glad you guys don't look civil war relics, you don't miss much...lol😅
Please let Mike know pennies aren't clad their either copper or zinc. Again at the wrap up he said he found clad pennies. Love you guys, keep up the good work.
The penny, dime, quarter, half dollar, and dollar are clad coins. Clad coins have an inner core of metal surrounded by an outer layer of a different metal.
Hurt foot is no good! I broke my foot 2 months ago. 4th metetarsal snapped in two. 2 months later still super painful. Last visit to foot doc it actually got bigger. I go back in on the 20th for a checkup and x-rays. Doc will decide if it needs screws and plate. I am pulling my hair out as I am not a sitter. I detect every day. So I said screw it last week and got out to detect. I can be up on my foot in the boot for about 45 minutes. I got my new M15 coil in and been dying to try it on my spot that is a time capsule. They covered the old golf course with 10"to 14" of top soil. Covering all the coins. I been pulling wheats only. Over 80 with various detectors and big 15" coils. I got the Manticore 6 months ago and it's gotten it's share of wheats with M11. But I knew there had to be silver under there. No machines can reach it. I knew the Manticore had the power but needed a big coil. I finally got the news my dealer had one in. So I paid and got it. And my first 45 minutes in the park where I have beat it up and pulled lots of wheats I scored 2 silver dimes! I had to take a break off my foot so I skipped a day then went back and scored 2 more silver dimes! Went again a few days later got a 1919 wheat and 1942 silver quarter! Oh yes and each of these mini hunts I got the silvers plus 3 to 4 wheats each time. So few days and I went a bit dry I thought. Got back home rinsed the coins one was odd. Size of a quarter but green. Turned out to be King George V half penny from 1924! Then 2 days ago I went for and score another Merc. And then yesterday I hit along the fence line a 1951 Franklin half! I am on fire with the Manticore and the M15. All these coins are 10" plus down and that's not counting the thick tall grass which is costing me 3 to 4 inches off the top. I hit a farm field in town that gets plowed regularly to keep weeds down. Amazing it's in one of the oldest sections of town. It's loaded with trash which I have cleaned up lots of it. Getting rid of the junk metal and digging silver coins after Everytime it gets tilled up. Well Manticore with the M8 coil to have maximum separation and 15 minutes in the hunt I scored a 1907 barber quarter! So with a broken foot and stupid boot on and short 45 minute or less hunts I scored crazy amount of silver in one week time. Cannot believe it. Been a super week of detecting and I have not even been able to put the time in. Imagine if I could get 4 hours in. Hopefully good news on the 20th and foot is getting better. Sure doesn't feel better. Hopefully fingers crossed I don't need the surgery. I want to get back to detecting daily like I do normally. Keep the videos coming! You guys helped me get through the down time keeping me excited about finding silver treasures!
Been watching you guys for a few years. I alway`s appreciate and enjoy your videos. Sometimes you have to look at that junk a little better. There could be something interesting in it?
@digthatbeep do if the newest coin is 64 that means it is a 45 year difference between the oldest and newest coin that's crazy most of the time it's about 10-15 at most in alot of my coin spills
1919 merc in the same hole as memorial pennies. Must have been that awkward period in time when they started making memorials but saving a 1919 merc was too much money to lose.

Hell of a spill, congrats! John, I'm curious, why don't y'all hunt farms with all the history in your state?

That button was the Pa coat of arms, or am I wrong?
No, You Dig That Beep!
That was one heck of a spill, Gary. Must have felt like a dream.
What was the newest coin in the crazy spill
I'm thinking 64, Gary usually reads comments so maybe he can chime in.

Nice job guys congratulations. I just scored Two different high school Permissions this week I'll be working them all summer.
Great video
Any 59 s in all those memorials?
1919 merc in the same hole as memorial pennies. Must have been that awkward period in time when they started making memorials but saving a 1919 merc was too much money to lose.
I meant Gary 😂
Jesus Christ is Lord!
