Grand Resort at the Moon Palace is your best bet for sure in price for quality.
I stayed at LeBlanc last year. It was great service!
I went there twice.I stayed in Moon palace and 3 months ago in Grand places it was awesome going there next year again.

Absolutely shocked the Beloved(use to be called La Amada) hotel is not on this list and at least top 2. Best hotel ever. Period!

Moon Palace especially the grand at moon palace is definitely the best. Been to the grand once and moon palace twice. Amazing and the grand is even better

@@1212aoa I think for our taste it is..more to se walking or ride bus..shopping, if you dont like waves in the sea chose cancun strip closer to city as there is calm water, like riu palace or riu cancun that part, we dont like big resort where u have to walk 100 of m to your room, rather ocean front hotels ofer luxory of proximity:)

so in 2017 I went to Paradisus la esmeralda in Family Concerige sorry if wrong spelling. But AWESOME EXPEriENCE i am severaly alergic to dairy, eggs, penuts. So the chefe their was very good and cooked everything i wanted PERFECT nothing with the stuff I'm aleric to so we were very glad nothing happend to me. The pool was very good to lots of kid activities. Also the Beach was very good but the water was a little dirty. They gave out free sand buckets to play with. So we also went this year to the same place Family Coceirge IT WAS AGAIN AWESOME so many shows they had good food. LOVED IT we went there like 2 months ago. MY FAMILY AND ME LOVE IT SO MUCH that were going for the 3rd time!!!!!!! I cant wait!! Were going in December 13th I CANT WAIT SO BAD FOR ANOTHER AWESOME EXPERINCE! FAMILY CONCEIRGE IS THE BEST PLACE EVER TRUST ME

I stayed at el Pueblito 3star hotel a decade ago, and fuck it, I had a really good time, is not always where you are staying, is with the people around you are traveling

Danna Paola I wouldn’t say that as the grande at moon palace is easily 6-7x times bigger than grand Vella. I have been to the grande before. And the Amnedities and rooms are better. And for the cost it’s about the same so I think the grande is a better deal. The grande at moon palace also has a lot of kids activities and adult activists as well as free credits from just booking a room. With those credits you can do tours and free massages. It is all inclusive like most other resorts. And there multiple options for food, as there are so many restaurants.

For family and youths I think Hard Rock is the best. For only adults Secrets the vine is better

sunshine Have you been to Leblanc tho? I've been to sun palace, leblanc and secrets the vine and all three were amazing but I do think Leblanc was the best.. Too expensive to go back but it was amazing

3600 US but they are always working on the place.
Roman Fields never seen any construction at all. I always go early October . $3000 a week. roughly.
$4,500 (exactly) for the week with all of the upgrades. We went all out and this was August of 2017.
The infinity pool was down and the main entrance to the pool was blocked with plywood walls while they worked on the sidewalk and the pool tile. The water went unfiltered for a couple of days so it got kind of gross.
Anyway, the place is in the best location in town. We have been to Hideaway and Secrets and we still liked this location the best. The turtle release was a great memory and I highly recommend doing that.
Don't ever purchase anything from DON TEQUILA. In August we went to Cancun and took the ferry to isla mujeres.... While there we went to Don tequila.... We purchased 2 bottles of tequila for 1400 pesos approx 70 USD. However when I checked my bank statement they took 1400 USD. When I went back to them they all of a sudden Couldn't understand English, they pretended to call their bank to have the situation rectified however to no avail. We left the store and on our way to the police some other tourists advised us to go to the tourista and file a complaint. They were very helpful and allowed us to call our bank to lodge a report. But our bank advised that the transaction was completed and when we return to our country we must Make a formal report. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

The WORST experience.
1/ my partner and I were leaving, we had the window and doors open, the wind made so one closet door cracked. It was not shattered or anything, it Litteraly cracked out of the force of the wind. I told the concierge who was on the same floor, and who BTW witnessed the situation, he asked if I was okay and told me he was sorry that it happened.
I left them in the room and went shopping with my partner.
When we came back, after a LONG day, we went up to out room to rest before dinner. The room key was rejected(electronic ones) I go down to reception and some rude worker at the desk says to me that I have to pay 1600$ or I am not allowed in my room, that has my passport and all of my things.
Based on him, the concierge ASSESSED the damages and declared that that room can't be windy (even though the beach had a red flag on it) and the damages should be 1600$ (pesos)
When I asked for an official document or something that OFFICUALLY says I should pay this much or I get locked out of my room and can't access my passport, they said "we have nothing of such, you have to speak to the hotel manager Lionel something, he will be here Tuesday (this was a Saturday and I was leaving the day after).
So if you want to come here, you will have to pay for something the wind did, or they blackmail you with blocking access to your belonging.
god forbid you pay $83 for something that was your fault
Just be careful of the cartel. So sad because Cancun used to be one of my favorite places.
