I do like that caravan. I especially like the coloured LED lights, but that's a personal thing. I agree about the frosted window. Great review, thanks for sharing..
Thank you for this review! We've got ours on order and we cannot wait to get it. I don't think the curtains will bother us as we never close them if we dont like them we will just buy the curtain pack. I like that the bathroom window isn't frosted we will just close the blind if we need privacy.
I agree with the curtains Ian, they are horrible! I would have to change them. I dont like the led lighting either. We have the same caravan as you and we love it!
Very good Ian! Your video skills are getting better all the time! Well done!! You have a calming voice or is your cold still affecting you? I don't like those curtains either! I'd love to meet some of the designers of these things and question their designs!! Brilliant vlog! xx
Have been waiting for a good review of the Oporto as we will be getting ours soon. Surprised you didn’t mention the curtains; only four times sadly. Who draws their curtains anyway? Background music was a little too loud for your voice in my opinion. However a good review, thank you Ian.
I just felt the bits of cheap material did nothing for the caravan. As for the sound I edit with headphones and have limited control over the levels. I can only set them to my hearing. Have lowered the levels for the Lisbon review. Cheers...
I prefer this over the swift elegance which i think is more expensive. The L shape kitchen and the King size bed look lovely. Maybe in a few years ! Not received my sprite 4eb yet lol
Hi Ian, I think you need to get over the curtains, they look good quality materials and compliment the upholstery. I don't know anyone that closes them, everyone uses the blinds. The big question I would like to know is does the main lighting dim, as a bailey unicorn 4 owner the lighting is too bright.
No sorry... the material is cheap and serve no purpose. Once window is open they will just flap around. As for the lighting dimming... well I did not see any dimmer switch. I am sure with a small change of switch this can be done easily.
I edit with headphones on and have limited adjustment in the sound levels. Unfortunately the revenue from RUclips is rubbish. So a sound mixer is only a dream.
Hmmmm so not a 2022 8 foot wide caravan. You will not get an equivalent caravan for 30k! I know I have looked at every Maker. Even yours is £29,199 new so as I say out of touch.
Please correct me if I am wrong but isn’t your Cadiz a single axle? Are the specifications similar? So you are expecting a twin axle, eight foot wide with increased spec for a mere £1k more than your Cadiz new hmmmm.
@@grahamkpage it is single axle, but yes the specs are similar. Not sure if this one has the solar panel, motor mover and full awning, that our package had

The frosting should be a free option when you purchase the caravan.
Lovely, though review Ian thanks, especially liked your expressions about the curtains ;-)
I hated those useless bits of cheap material.. open the window and the breeze will have them flapping around. It's a BIG no from me.

Fantastic.... enjoy your new caravan and enjoy making memories.
Do like a Bailey, thanks for showing us around this one👍Mark
No problem 👍
So glad we got the earlier model now last August!
Love the bed
Hi Ian. Great vlog - lovely van (but big price!). Thanks. George and Trish
Thanks guys... big price was the story of the show and It continues in tomorrows caravan overview video.
Great review 👍👍
Thank you Terry... few more on the way.
Good that they have put the power in on the other side.
It's a pain having the hook up and elec point in the awning.
Thanks for this👍
I concur...

Yaeh..... cheap and nasty. Proper curtains for the colder months. I love a Bailey but our Swift is awesome.

Why thank you Anne... I do try.
The little cupboard by the door in our Cadiz, is where the motor mover gubbins is

Does it have a solar panel?
Yes but only a Truma 80 watt.

I have a soft spot for Bailey... but I have to say I love my Swift.
Sorry forgot to mention ££££ for frosting out the bathroom window too, just shows you how greedy Bailey are… Rant over
You can buy static film to do the job, much cheaper.
It should be a free option when you buy the caravan imho.

Nice van Ian but I’m not a fan of those seedy 70’s Disco led lights. ( yes I speak from experience) thanks for sharing 😁
They would have been better putting dimmer switches on all the lights.
Those little curtains are like mucky nets
They are just thin and cheap pieces of material that will flap if you open the window on a breezy day. It's a no from me.
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans It’s not just the thinness of the material, they actually look mucky.😌
How to remove microwave
Hi, 10/10 for your vlog. 2/10 for the caravan. Cheap looking trinkets, led lighting tacky, £36,499 is high end money too.
Cheeeers.. The prices are getting silly. Wait until my Adria and Coachman videos.
In my opinion, I think Bailey have missed a trick with the name. By comparison with other models in the range, this one is relatively short (ish) ...
I do like the kitchen worktop space.
Wine rack awful
why such loud music!!
I edit with headphones on and have limited adjustment in the sound levels. Unfortunately the revenue from RUclips is rubbish. So a sound mixer is only a dream.
Approx 6k too dear.
Sorry to say Ann but I think that you are a tad out of touch with the current market.
@@grahamkpage our caravan is a 2020 Bailey Unicorn Cadiz Black edition, so not that out of touch Graham
