Hello Thuy, the floor joists are really good and solid. That very seasoned timber will last you a lifetime. A small suggestion, when you are driving screws into that kind a timber, use a little grease, oil or bath soap on the threads, it will help them go in easier. All in all, it is really starting to look great, but that’s because of the amazing talented lady who’s doing the work.
