Love the content, but more importantly love the messages in each video. So glad you managed to get out of the situation you were in, hope you’re doing great now
spuddy. you beautiful human being. these runs are always a joy to watch, and it helps knowing that they do not actually cause you any genuine misery (mostly). always alongside some of the most poignant observations on humanity. I would watch you wax poetic on what it means to seek happiness for genuinely hours. you are an absolute delight, and i hope you continue to find healing
Spuddy, I wanna say thank you. For your great videos and for your kind words and advice, I have been overwhelmed with life lately, between working and being no contact with family, it's rough as it gets closer to holidays. You remind myself that it's hard sometimes and that it gets better, I wasn't expecting to tear up watching a challenge but I did... thank you it's nice to be reminded that I matter. No scratch that. We all matter.❤
As someone going through some, lovely work-related uncertainty of my own, take heart. The more heartfelt discussion was, in fact, something I appreciate having heard as a reminder of certainty in a sea of questions. Also i felt called out as the lurkiest of lurkers. And you better believe I'm not looking up when Dishonored 2 came out.
a great video from a great run. i was sorry to miss the last mission on stream, but sleep is occasionally necessary i *guess*. the only actually painful bit was the Jindosh Riddle, and i very much encouraged you not to just brute force it i know you don't get much free time and struggle to work on stuff that doesn't directly help the channel, but i very much recommend playing through the game more casually sometime, either on stream or alone, so that you can experience the worldbuilding. it's a lot easier to explore when you can deal with enemies one way or another
I lost my mom recently to cancer. 2 months after her death was the month that she would have finished all of her chemotherapy treatments, as well as her birthday. Hearing you talk about seeking happiness hit harder than it should have.
Dishonored 1 and 2 are beautiful games 2 mainly, Jindosh mansion is amaaazing! And your speeches always find a way to touch the feels one way or another it always works.... Glad to hear you are better after all that you went through though
This is the first time I've come across your channel and watched one of your videos. I just wanted to say that the messages you gave through the video were truly beautiful, so thank you.
Seeking happiness is something I've thought about a lot recently, not for existential reasons but because of raiding in an MMO. People there seem so miserable and yet they keep doing it and going there, and lately I've been there raiding with them for months now and I'm still as chipper and happy as i was before. "Everything would be so much better if we just got clean party members who won't do any mistake" and yet I'm still here having fun in parties without those. Not that happiness is purely a mindset thing, because environment plays a huge part, the amount of free time you have, but setting correct goals and reasonable expectations can at least mitigate pain. No, you won't become a billionaire probably, but you can probably take steps to make your money situation a little more comfortable. Seeking a relationship directly via dating apps might lead to a lot of pain and rejections, but just going out there joining clubs and socializing and being open for anything and anyone is a lot of fun, and if one of your new friends happens to become your partner then that's just a nice bonus. And raiding in MMOs can become very miserable if you're there for the gear or the clear, but quite enjoyable no matter what if you're just there for the fight itself. Every pull is one step closer to beating the boss, persistence will get you there eventually and being miserable is just going to sap you of all motivation.
Also Spuddy, your videos are also such a delight and a beacon of positivity. You've made several of my days a lot better by uploading one of your videos and I hope you can continue to do so for as long as you like. ❤❤❤
The thing with the reporter is a bug that happens to pretty much everyone. So don't feel too bad about running into that. Also, I don't think you're allowed to say you're bad at any sort of stealth game or video game when you just beat dishonored 2 on the hardest difficulty settings possible with no powers. I could barely beat this game on standard settings *with* powers.
Great video! Your editing quality and voiceover would fit in a channel with tens of millions of subs. On the line of "you can't take my saves from me," I actually did just that! Iron mode, all difficulty maxed, no powers, no kills, no detections. It took me nearly 200 hours on stream to finally nail down a consistent route to play the game front-to-back with only one auto save abuse. I have a greatly abridged version on my channel and a full length VOD available as well if you're interested!
Lord Spuddy it's good to see you back at your training exercises after the training with Daud! Can't train your daughter Emily to being great without training yourself beyond great!
14:19 Oh my god, i knew i wasn't the only one! I got lazy one night when playing Dishonored 2 and just decided to brute force a lock because i could. It later became my go-to tactic every time i found a similar system, and i even managed to crack the Jindosh Lock in 5 minutes one time (That's not bullshit either, i have proof)
Glad to hear you're better. Here's a stranger telling you it's good you're here and you deserve to be able to be happy, in case nobody's told you this today.
This guy is so amazing like I can't put it into words absolutely amazing videos the way he talks is beautiful what he has to say is breathtaking that's all I can say I can't describe it I'm sure someone else says it better lol
_Mentions how leaning is basically worthless in D2_ Thank you!! This something I will *never* get over about D2, compared to D1. Absolutely asinine how hard they nerfed it.
This is the best way to play Dishonored games. The abilities are so overpowered that they make the entire game trivial. Like this, it basically becomes a Thief game. Makes me sad to think that they could have actually just made it a Thief game instead of what it is. Wouldve been much better.

no, I would never. the rail cars are fun, and nyoom is fun.
your videos are so cozy and nice, I truly love them.

Thank you Spuddy. Put your feet up for a challenge well handled. This game is amazing and defeating it the way you just did .. wow.

Love the Warframe reference. That song slaps

theres no reason for this algorythm to treat this vide so horribly, its awesome..

Hell yeah, you are a Warframe enjoyer too. You are just too cool, especially with the messages you add to these videos.
lmfao good warframe reference
your voice reminds me of Hank Green, but more comforting
love the content, keep it up, spud

What a timing. just last week I've "forced" my BFF to play the dishornered games, he absolutely loved it after denying it at first

its really weird, I played the game 2 times and I never ran into a single bug or glitch
Its almost like theyre hardware dependent or something
@@TheSuperappelflap My pc is 10 years old. How about you calm down a bit
@@dave2436 yeah so maybe it happens on newer hardware. What is your problem
So spuddy played dishonored 2 on 12/11/2016
The Spud hath risen from the dead
❤❤❤
18:40 You didn't...
