I love to ride around la Vega, Honda, Guaduas, La gran via, amazing routes, terrains, and trials, Loving the rocky paths on colonial towns like Honda in Tolima, The Xc in Guaduas, El alto del trigo, between Villeta And Guaduas, alto de letras Mariquita - Neiva and much more... you guys should try this amazing cycling country!

Did you know that Australians & Mexicans are suppose to Run in Life. Its a Spiritual Ending for Americans to Run. Its Colombians Death to Run. We are not suppose to Run. We can ride bikes but not Run. Some people as Individuals are living in America Running and they really are like Australians and would be better off in Australia then in America. This knowledge is in Memory of the 2 Americans made to Run as Punishment for eating a Chocolate Bar and the other was a 6yr old that was not Fat at all but his Former Police Father told him he was Fat as away to Confuse him and to have his Abusive way with him in an Apartment Gym.
I live in Medellin now and one of the reasons for me moving here was the cycling plus the weather, people, culture, weather and food.

How long does it take to adjust to the altitude coming from a coastal area?

That depends...what sort of weather are u looking for and how big the city is. I would say. Pereira. Armenia.manizales are perfect for mountain biking
