Dundee is a very compact city with a thriving South Asian population. If you want to start your life in the UK, Dundee is the place for you.

Hi Vinitha, I’m so sorry I won’t be able to personally help you with finding accommodation here since there is a huge demand and a shortage of accommodation in Dundee. I myself live in Aberdeen due to this issue. I expect to do a separate video on finding accommodation in Dundee which will give you more information on how to find a flat here. I am so sorry that I won’t be able to help you out personally though. 😊
What about job availability ? Is it easy to get job
@@latestupdatespk4410 students can legally work for up to 20 hours per week until their dissertation is submitted. There are jobs in restaurants, care homes, shops, petrol stations, car wash, vegetable factories etc. need to walk around and talk to the shops and restaurants and see. You can only do a proper full time job after graduation.

How bout the tuition?
Classes are interactive where we have to prepare before the class and discuss during the class. Some modules have even quizes, presentations etc during the class. If your question is about tuition fees, it depends from course to course. Mostly above 15,000 GBP. You can get scholarships up to 5000 GBP and pay the remainder in 7 instalments. However, fees wise I think there are other universities in England which offer cheaper courses than in Dundee uni. 😊

I met many off students 90% girls face difficult to manage the expenses. Those all girls not let truth about real life only they let about place or shopping but they never let u how expenses here,I live in Dundee I know
It’s easy to manage expenses if you come as a couple. It’s true that it’s hard to manage financially if you come alone. However, there are ample girls I know who have come alone who manage pretty well. It’s true that adapting to a new way of life in a different country is not easy. everyone must come prepared for everything 😊

We appreciate your concern Raja. We are trying to portray what we see in Dundee and in the university. We are trying to provide a guidance to those who are looking to come here especially because we didn’t have anything to look into when we were preparing to come to Dundee. We created this video thinking that it’ll be a help in such a way. Putting people’s lives into difficulty was never our intention. 😊 we acknowledge that life will not be smoother for everyone and this will not be the story for everyone coming to Dundee. But those who try hard and come prepared will find it a good place to start and grow 😊
