The shed at minute 6:56 is quite a transformation. Really smiled at the -dalmatian-like spotted fire hydrant. Sweet Molly. Love when you ask for photos from the viewers. Always some great ideas to inspire.

Lots of inspiration here, especially the use of subtle ways to add color accents, like brown and greens. So elegant! Great job to everyone who submitted ( would have loved to see more!)
I agree with your notice of the subtle use of color. I learned from this video that my arrangements don't turn out as elegant as I envision probably due to cramming in too many colors/details.
The brown bowed decor was my favorite also!

Absolutely beautiful everyone. People are so talented. We just bought a new home and a shed so saving this for next year. Our property is surrounded by pines and other trees, 4 acres of forest. Not moving in until December 17th so sparse Christmas this year but next year the sky’s the limit🎄🎄🎄

We celebrate Christmas on Dec 25th during summer in the southern hemisphere so I looooove seeing houses with fresh red, white and green floral/plant displays. Green shrubbery covered in twinkling lights✨🌿✨ looks magical and the weather is perfect for us to walk around our festive neighbourhoods at night (and tire the kids out) but it’s lovely to see how you guys decorate for Christmas in the States too! 😍❤️💚

I didn't see the absolute beauty that surrounded me until I found this channel. Winter was a blah brown and white blur to me but now oh my I have so much fun. I’m sure most of those photos were from prior years. So we can all get the creative wheels turning early enough to do some of our own. 😊
I haven't started yet and the pictures I sent were from 2010 to 2021. No rush or pressure should be felt. I was happy to have an excuse to gleen through all of my old decorating pictures so I could get inspired for the upcoming decorating season.
The talent of this community continues to amaze me.

Wow Celia's 30ft hand made garland wins hands down for me quickly followed by the chocolate ribbon swag on the chestnut door and 3rd the beautiful window box where you couldn't see the box. Loved this video, so informative as well as gorgeous.
This was one absolutely gorgeous video. I loved every picture and every minute. I loved looking at your face when you got so excited. I could actually hear the wheels turning in your head and you wanting to do some of these projects and I can’t wait to see you do them.

I live in northern Minnesota and we get so much snow that all my outdoor Christmas decor gets buried under snow. Even my wreaths in the front door normally get covered with snow and then when I open the door the snow falls off the wreath into the house. Because of this I normally skip the outdoor decorations so this video brought me so much joy being able to see everyone’s beautiful decorations! I’m
Hoping to build a pergola over my deck next year and I’m hoping that might provide just enough cover that I’ll be able to do some Christmas decorations next year!
I’m in southern MN and I do not decorate outdoors for the same reason. I did my light post next to my driveway last year and it looked nice for about a week and then was buried in snow the rest of the winter…😅.

It's now 8am in Connecticut. After watching this video seems like a perfect time to spray paint my outdoor chairs from blue to black. The beautiful pictures of the white wicker porch display has inspired a front yard display of deer and 3 birch trees on one side. On the other side, black chairs with Christmas pillows and small table with a lighted holiday arrangement..so fun. Such a great video!

Perfect timing! The creative spirit is jumping from garden (that’s a form of decorating) to Christmas (trying to not over-decorate!!!).
It is always exciting to see the gardens/homes decorated for such a magical season. In the Spring and Summer I love to just look at nature and be in awe of God’s beautiful creations. And in winter I love to hibernate and look at videos of the beautiful decorations talented people create in their gardens. Laura thank you for sharing all the great pics of these beautiful gardens/homes.
The "red netting stuff" in the last picture is deco mesh. When you showed the fountain at Andrew's filled with window screens, my first thought was that you guys should put deco mesh in there instead. That way it could look a little more festive and colorful, but I don't know how well it would keep the water from splattering.

My submission pictures were from 2010 to 2021. I haven't started this years decorating yet. I imagine all of the people who submitted photos used previous years as well.

If you do the brick pillars, be sure to have them built with a hole in the center for drip and for electrical !

Laura I sooooo these decorative Christmas interest but hope you do this again before the holiday season, many of us haven’t decorated for Christmas yet!
I love seeing the ones from snowy regions. I find that the red or lights really need to be in those wreathes and urns to show up in the snow. I LOVE what Detroit garden works do…maybe you could do a DIY tutorial to get the look of one of theirs? The formality of them is so unique. Idk if you like them too but wow, they are special.
