Hi all, I am owning triber rxt, 7 months old. So far, apart from city drives i have done long drives like 1600+ kms trip,1300+ kms trip, 900+ kms trip,500+ kms trip.. Here are my observations. # Engine power is adequate in highways and for overtaking also the power is suffice enough with full load with the ac on. # I have climbed up the hills with 5 people and there was no lag at all with the ac on, triber does perform well in the hilly terrains. # Mileage is decent, 13 in cities and 17 in highways with ac on. # City manoeuvring is really easy and there is no power lag in the cities. # Stability is fantastic even on 120+ speeds, suspension is good even on bad roads, car looks really planted on the roads even on high speeds, body roll is decently contained. # Build quality is not as bad as what the people who have been interviewed says. Even Gncap says the triber's body shell is unstable despite giving 4 stars in crash tests. # Nvh levels are well contained. If you feel the engine noise is a bit high, please remember it's a three cylinder pot. # Yes, you might feel interior plastic quality to be quite low but how much are you paying? In triber, you get what you pay for. Conclusion: If you want to buy triber, please keep in mind that since it's a three cylinder naturally aspirated engine, the power delivery will be linear you can't expect the power output of a turbo engine. Even I test drove carens,seltos with 1.5 L naturally aspirated engines, i found the power delivery to be so very linear. Those who love to drive cars that have immediate power and sudden surge should go for some other cars and this car is not for you... Finally, all being said and done, yes renault could have given a more powerful engine for triber, since it's a 7 seater and that would have avoided all sorts of slandering....
Sir can you measure distance between 2nd row backrest when it is in 90 degree position and the tail gate when the 3rd row of triber is removed. Can you please tell me this.

Best middle class family car. This is under submeter 4 ,tax benefit is there, you feel speed pickup slowly in 5th gear, feels like speed controller in bus lorry. I completely pushed full acceleration at 120 speed, but it takes it won time. Slowly It can reach 140 also. You can't play rash drive, immediate side cut not possible. So you can avoid accident , this additional safety for families. Drive 70-80 in Highway then don't feel any tiredness (your dream also good. if you done rash driving with other cars you may get nightmare ) full load with family at 70-80 speed with full AC on , you satisfy more than x700.other cars only hype and paid promotion and over budget (maruti ertiga, xl6,scorpioN. ). It satisfies a middle class dream for sure. Spending too much money on car is not good for anyone budget.
I bought a Reno Triber RXZ manual version 2020 model. Being the owner of this car, I can proudly give 5 out of 5 for crash test, as I personally experienced it. Worth buying this budget friendly, elegant car which can carry 7 adults and three children. Built quality is far better than Maruthi, Tata, Datsun, Chevrolet...

Or you have a mind set that cars less than 10L should not score 4 star? A car reviewer is asking user that 4 star rating is hyped one? Ia that Global ncap rating can be tampered and hyped? This is not a guniene review, we didn't expect this from Birla. Please do correct review and don't be biased. Why are u not surprised when hyundai Creta got 3 star? I have triber rxz manual ..in city traffic you won't feel any lag in power but highway gradually pickup will increase but I went with full load 7 persons all adult ..top speed 120+ I went , handling also good as per my opinion
I'm a Triber top end owner. The car is fantastic. I have driven with full load and AC on hill stations, its automatic model too.. I have not felt any problem. When you are in a deep slope, if you want to climb up when car is stopped, there will be a lag.

I have Triber Rxt AMT 2021 model, All the 3 rows has AC vents, in city it gives around 12kmpl and highways u can expect around 17. This is a best car considering the budget. there is a bit lag between gear shifts and u can definitely feel it. but considering the budget this is the only choice

I own triber RXT, vibration is not there especially if u turn off AC you won't find engine is ON or OFF. Power to weight Reno has to improve if turbo variant comes it will kill market. Space and comfort is at par.

I bought triber rxt amt model in July 2022 for an on-road price of 10lakhs in Bangalore. Renault has done design of triber in an awesome way. Kudos to all french engineers. I have seen everyday around 10-20 triber cars in road. Tata punch which has soo much marketing, people never buy it. I made the right decision. Triber is Best all class family car. Triber best suited for indian roads.

@@Statsjk yes. For me due to more members in my family i would go for a 7 seater and engine power is not of that importance. But that may not be the case for you, sometime you may not require a 7 seater but if you need a 1.2-1.5 L cc powered engine then you can consider other brands as well.
I own Renault Triber RXT, bought on Feb 2022, drove 5000 KM so far, my long drive is till Tanjure from Chennai. Find my genuine review. Pros : 1. looks good and stylish, 2. 7 seat within budget 3. AC in all rows is too good (AC cooling ku panjamae illa), 4. you will love to drive when you reach 80 to 120 speed . 5. All 3 rows will be comfortable with Seating adjustments. 6. Good infotainment system. Speaker sound effects are too good. 7. Lots of storage space with cooled glove box 8. More luggage space when you use as 5 seater. 9. Fully loaded can have luggage carrier fixed at top 10. Smooth steering , with limited infotainment controls. 11. Good safety features and build quality is fine for this budget. Still it's good. Cons: 1. Light vibration in 1st gear 2. Feeling wobble when you go more the 120 speed. But no issues in 100 to 120 speed. You will love to drive. 3. Milage 17 in long drive and 14 in chennai city traffic

I am proud triber owner ..it is my first own car ( apart from driving Ford Classic), I have a RXZ AUTOMATIC VARIANT,which is quite good.After driving 10000kms with 2 long trips close to 800kms ,I could say this is reliable and feel safe inside. Also as the bro said, the service could be better , they take lot of time to communicate if there is anything that needs to be conveyed

Need a comparison video between triber and ertiga and eeco. Then triber is winner for middle class families. Ertiga too lengthy but won't feel space difference between triber , may be extra space in third row because of its length. But All cars even BMW third rows are in a squat position only. Because your seat and leg room top of wheels.

That was a old model which was tested in 2019, it only had a single airbag. The current indian model is similar to this SA model which has dual airbag. Hence it scored 3 stars

I am using triber RXT VARIANT for past 8 months. Drawback: Power is little less but fair enough. To. Pull 7 people Rear camera and viper is not there in rxt variant Pickup is little slow. Mileage is a big drawback in city it's completely in around 13-16 only and hindi highways around 16-17 Service cost and service is not bad it's okie Big one..Driver seat height adjustment is not there Build quality in dashboard, outer parts looks cheap No diesel option is there Many chrome accessories like grills tail light chrome window frame kit. All chrome kits need to. Buy seperately that would cost around 20k for all. Positives: Only 7 seater under this budget Even 3rd row has AC vents Low maintanence Sub 4 meter car. So it can handle short roads also with 7 people Best among the budget cars. Conclusion is increase the budget and go for kia carens Or ertiga Otherwise for. Budget options for for top variant rxz..
Triber is an intelligently packaged car, it definitely needs a better review video than this. If the same spec of triber was marketed in brands like Tata or Maruti it would have been more sold.

I don't know when reno triber got 0 star rating. As far as I know global ncap will do one test and certify. But user is telling it got 0 when introduced and then got 4 star, not sure how. This video is completely fake and to spread wrong information. Pls do proper reviews and try to give correct information ....

Well triber was budget 7 car 3 years back... But now ac cut for 3rd row is realy bad. Now kia carnes prestige is good option with all featured packed in 11L onroad

I m from Kerala. Planning to buy a new Triber shortly. For this purpose I m watching the reviews for the last two three months. But this review was excellent because most of other reviews they focused to explain about the vehicle. But in this review Mr. Birla gave importance to the owners. That is very appreciable. Even though I m from Kerala I could follow both question and answers. Great job dear friends. Well-done.

Need a comparison video between triber and ertiga and eeco. Then triber is winner for middle class families. Ertiga too lengthy but won't feel space difference between triber , may be extra space in third row because of its length. But All cars even BMW third rows are in a squat position only. Because your seat and leg room top of wheels.

That was a old model which was tested in 2019, it only had a single airbag. The current indian model is similar to this SA model which has dual airbag. Hence it scored 3 stars

Rear camera and viper is not there in rxt variant
Pickup is little slow.
Mileage is a big drawback in city it's completely in around 13-16 only and hindi highways around 16-17
Service cost and service is not bad it's okie
Big one..Driver seat height adjustment is not there
Build quality in dashboard, outer parts looks cheap
No diesel option is there
Many chrome accessories like grills tail light chrome window frame kit. All chrome kits need to. Buy seperately that would cost around 20k for all.
