I recently started my arts again after I broke my back.
I use palm trees and a spinning firemans iron wheel for speed, timing, wrist or arm locks and to toughen my fingers, hands, arms, legs, elbows, knees, shoulders and feet !!
Thank you , now I remember why I should do this🙏 and why I study Karate and my many other martial arts.

Vielen Dank!!!

Observing these techniques in vital points of the human body, this explains why a person with an apparently more fragile body can sometimes overcome someone stronger physically, the strength cannot be underestimated but the technique well applied with the focused mind is something impressive in human being!

      Very pretty ladies.
I trained in judo from about 6 to 16 seriously and then on and off I did that and Kyokushin style karate for another 3 years, and then tore my ACL in a volleyball tournament and decided to stop doing it and focus on college more since my grades were suffering due to grief as a result of losing a few friends and then my grandmother once I grieved I was fully focused on my grades and classwork.
These last 3 or so years I've just been sparring with my dad who was a black belt in karate (Shotokan) and so we've been learning together and he's been teaching me quite a bit about some very weird holds and blocks that are effective.

So he told the guy well you can punch at me and do whatever you want I'm not going to punch you back. So the guy started punching at him and he did this to his arms then the guy threw a kick and he blocked the kick so hard the guy couldn't stand. It was one of the most disarming fights I've ever seen.
